Misleading Listings & Terrible Customer Support
I’ve been a consistent user of this application. Recently purchased aptimal milk for my 2 year old. The listing says its for three pieces for a discounted price, only to find out at delivery its only one pack for the price of three discounted. Called customer support and they offered me a AED 15 coupon. Well guess what! You lost a customer for the sake of a bad seller listing that encourages scam and even worse customer support. Good retention folks.
Update: They have called me and fixed the listing and offered a fair compensation. Mohammad was really helpful.

I have placed an order two ago and till now item is not delivers and no support from Tradeling supportive staff. Very disappointing customer service.
Unreliable and Frustrating Experience
This app is completely unreliable. A seller held onto my order until the very last minute, then canceled it without any explanation. Now my money is stuck for 14 days, and I can’t place a new order with another supplier until the refund is processed. That’s two weeks wasted just to start over. Total waste of time and money. If you need reliable service, look elsewhere.
