I've use the Trademark app regularly for years, and I am happy with it. I can do everything I need to, and while there are occasional freeze-ups and bugs, as with any app, they are rare. I have lived outside Maine for years and still do all my banking through Trademark, mostly on the app. I pay bills, deposit checks, transfer money between my accounts, etc.
I have just two suggestions for improvement: I wish the 2FA feature included a text option, not just a phone call, since I sometimes need to log in at a time when a phone call isn't an option. And I wish the Bill Pay feature had some way to show your total divided into what has and hasn't cleared, or that there was a few within a checking account that showed scheduled payments and the balance without them. There's no way to at a glance compare outbound payments and your current balance - you have to check each one to see which have cleared and do the math yourself.

Needs Improvement Please
This credit union should have a way to instantly lock and unlock our debit cards in this app. Furthermore, this app has never once worked on my M4 iPad Pro 11 inch, just a black screen after you sign in or a white screen in light mode. Works great on my iPhone though which is awesome…other than not being able to lock and unlock debit cards

There is less than no excuse for having to get a phone call or text message every time I want to move money BETWEEN MY OWN ACCOUNTS. This is the worst credit union in the entire state.

As usual this app is a joke. In the new “updated” version it now forces everyone who uses the app to have the same list. ie: one of us wants to only see two certain accounts so you click “hide in the list” and it changes the other person’s view of the app. This is outrageous and needs to be fixed. PLEASE, I BEG YOU TO GET TAP AND PAY DEBIT CARDS ASAP! Every other institution already uses them. Also, are you trying specifically to irritate people by forcing them to answer a stupid security question every single time the app is opened? Competence would be nice people.

Overall, great
I've been using the Trademark app for years. I'm still getting used to a few things in the new version released earlier this year, and it seems like some bugs are still getting worked out – it freezes or crashes now and then, and there are a few features I'd like to see that aren't there. But overall this new version, like the previous one, is reliable, effective, and well-designed and enables me to do everything I need to do. I was recently helping a friend figure out how to use the app for her much larger national bank, and I think the Trademark app is better.
Maybe I should've given four stars, since there are some things that aren't perfect. But I definitely recommend this app for any Trademark member who does any of their banking remotely. It's a solid, helpful, and functional app.
(For the developers or anyone who is curious about features I wish were there: One example is an at-a-glance total, in Bill Pay, of the payments you have sent that have not yet cleared. It's nice, I guess, to be able to see the total of *all* payments you have recently sent, and to be able to drill down in them one by one to see whether or not each payment has cleared. But why doesn't it break the "recent payments" total down so that you can see the total of payments that are pending (i.e. un-cleared, whether they are in the mail, received but not cashed, whatever)? That's what's actually useful. What I need to be able to tell at a glance is "how much money do I have at the moment that I haven't already committed to someone?" Or, to put it the other way, exactly how much more of the current balance in my checking account is going to go away any time now when all payments clear? That's the information you need to know how much money you *actually* have. You know, like the balance on the check register when we used to use those!)

Top Notch App
This app is very user friendly and gives you quick and easy access to your account information. I myself have apple products and love the fingerprint and face recognition features.
If there is an issue it may not always be the app but the internet connection, WiFi access or phone itself. Support from the developer is top notch, you just have to contact them!

Dissapointment
The previous app was more user friendly, was easier to use and had the option to use finger scan for a quicker sign-in, this one doesn’t.
