Lack of accountability
After over 5 years with Tradify I will be moving over to ServiceM8. For the premium price of the service and lack of accountability delivered it’s just not worth paying over double the cost. Might be better for medium and big business but for a small business the hour wasted weekly on functions that don’t work has had its impact. I recommend only having Apple phones on the staff as well for proper functioning.

Tradify for Eletricians
Great software except for the Customer enquiries which need sorting out on the address of customer to ensure they put down first line of address and postcode. A lot of enquiries come through with customer just putting town down which is very annoying.
Vital tool for my business
Trafify has been a key asset for Bespoke Design. It not only keeps everything organised and running smoothly, but also helps us stand out to our customers with a more professional and streamlined experience. I’d highly recommend it to businesses of all sizes.
Notification nightmare
For the love of God please sort out your app notifications! They're pathetic as they are. I've raised this repeatedly for 5 years. Please fix it!
As it is currently :-
-Get notification on phone of a note in a job.
-click on notification and it takes you straight to the notes section of the job but there's no way of knowing what job it's in without clicking out of the notes.
-while reading the note I'll get a pop up asking if I want to look at a different job note. Press yes and it'll go straight to new job note so I don't know what job I was originally looking at. Press no and the notification goes forever with no way of referring back.
What's the point of this useless feature??
And don't get me started on the email notifications. If you opt in for them you'll also get spammed with emails every time you more a schedule 5 Min and then if you do click the link in the email you have to log in to the desktop version every single time for every link and the desktop version terrible on the phone.
I'm sure nothing will be done about this as usual but hopefully others read this and don't use tradify because of it.

Hey there, We appreciate your feedback on this one and we can see how useful it could be to have a Notification log to go back to and view previous mobile notifications which you may have already viewed and then clicked out of the note from, so we have taken this feedback and passed it on to our product team to review for potential future updates as they continue to work to improve the system going forward to provide the best user experience that Tradify can.

Very slow in AU, it takes 30s to open a page or job
Great overall
4 star, because once in a while maybe 3-4 weeks the app has a “moment” and I have to reorganise some settings. Could be operator error eg having too many apps open or poor reception. Otherwise great overall experience would have been 5 stars if no issues. 😁

This thing has changed my business dramatically! I own & operate a pressure washing buiz in Victoria… nearly all of my clients have said how much they love the reminders for services and have complimented my professionalism. I would always receive these compliments, however, they’ve only gotten better with Tradify. And trust me, I’m not one to sugarcoat reviews. These guys are doing a very good job. The only thing I’d ask for is literally a ‘heat map’ of all your jobs, similar to Jobber, so that you can see where you’re majority clients are coming from.

Rip off !
Tradify brought geo op .. We got told that the transition was easy . I had been with geo op for over 10years , They gave very little notice (2 weeks during school holidays) to swap over. I basically felt held to ransom pushy sales staff. The tradify app is clunky and outdated not integrating well with suppliers or other platforms …they also kept taking my money after we moved to a better platform. If you are a nz sparky try the one that begins with f its 10000 x better . I’m so glad we are not with Tradify.

If anyone works for 1:30 minutes and use Tradify it will count it 1.3 hours it’s wrong

Happy returning customer
I am a returning customer to Tradify. I decided to give another Job Management Software a go in between, and quickly realised that was a big mistake and made me appreciate all of the great features Tradify has that works so well for my chimney sweep business. I can’t recommend them enough
Miss sold
Supposed to be able to track and monitor incoming leads through the website offered in the deal. But you can’t add tracking functionality. Even worse cant delete my account and are charging me even though I have asked for the company to stop taking cash out my account and refund me, they point me to a part of their website which then tells me if I cancel here I won’t get a refund .. Mis sold the functionality of there website offering and now being ignored by the sales people who hounded me to purchase the app.

Easy organization!
I work in boat repair, sometimes on long jobs and sometimes multiple jobs per day. Tradify really helps me stay and feel organized. I was most interested in the invoicing to begin with, but use various features including the scheduling and recurring service agreements. 10/10 I recommend Tradify to anyone that can use it
