Lack of accountability
After over 5 years with Tradify I will be moving over to ServiceM8. For the premium price of the service and lack of accountability delivered it’s just not worth paying over double the cost. Might be better for medium and big business but for a small business the hour wasted weekly on functions that don’t work has had its impact. I recommend only having Apple phones on the staff as well for proper functioning.

Tradify for Eletricians
Great software except for the Customer enquiries which need sorting out on the address of customer to ensure they put down first line of address and postcode. A lot of enquiries come through with customer just putting town down which is very annoying.
Vital tool for my business
Trafify has been a key asset for Bespoke Design. It not only keeps everything organised and running smoothly, but also helps us stand out to our customers with a more professional and streamlined experience. I’d highly recommend it to businesses of all sizes.
Notification nightmare
For the love of God please sort out your app notifications! They're pathetic as they are. I've raised this repeatedly for 5 years. Please fix it!
As it is currently :-
-Get notification on phone of a note in a job.
-click on notification and it takes you straight to the notes section of the job but there's no way of knowing what job it's in without clicking out of the notes.
-while reading the note I'll get a pop up asking if I want to look at a different job note. Press yes and it'll go straight to new job note so I don't know what job I was originally looking at. Press no and the notification goes forever with no way of referring back.
What's the point of this useless feature??
And don't get me started on the email notifications. If you opt in for them you'll also get spammed with emails every time you more a schedule 5 Min and then if you do click the link in the email you have to log in to the desktop version every single time for every link and the desktop version terrible on the phone.
I'm sure nothing will be done about this as usual but hopefully others read this and don't use tradify because of it.

Hey there, We appreciate your feedback on this one and we can see how useful it could be to have a Notification log to go back to and view previous mobile notifications which you may have already viewed and then clicked out of the note from, so we have taken this feedback and passed it on to our product team to review for potential future updates as they continue to work to improve the system going forward to provide the best user experience that Tradify can.

Very slow in AU, it takes 30s to open a page or job
