Paper Trading Lags
I can’t speak for live trading, but the paper trading has gotten pretty bad over the last year. Lots of orders don’t get filled and/or there is a big lag time when they do get filled. Fix your problems TradingView or I’m going elsewhere. If your paper trading is like this, it will be hard to put any faith into trading with live funds.

Great app but lack of data and slow issue resolution are the reason for not having 5 stars for something where money is in play

I am new to the stock market, with this application I have found all the necessary tools to be able to start it is so important for me that I really have to verify with this app before making a deal.

When they run those special deals to upgrade my level of subscription I am not sure what they are going to do with the remaining balance of my current subscription. I don’t who where and whom to ask.

Trying many times to have conversations with human and just the virtual help asking the same questions is just frustrating.

Here i am monitoring my trade then out of nowhere i got logged out of deriv with my position still open and i can’t get in to manage my trade

I canceled my free trial before it ended because I did not want to continue the subscription. However, today I noticed that I was still charged for the subscription. I believe this may be a mistake. Could you please check my account and explain why I was charged? If the subscription was canceled correctly, I would appreciate a refund of the amount charged. Thank you for your time and assistance. Engine not working caused losses
I had trades where the candle went past my take profit and the engine wasn’t filling the take profit order and that caused me to miss out on two winning trades. And then I had orders where I would place it and it would be filled immediately after placing it saying I reached my stop loss when the candle hadn’t gone near my stop loss and I suffered losses because of that. Would not recommend not reliable enough.

Inaccurate
Half the time I make a trade it’s either above or below where I entered at some random spot , saying - , + 100 but if I take it out then it’s really a 50$ loss. And my stop loss only being 50% when it’s supposed to be everything. I put half of what i was supposed to and still get stopped out for the full.
