App lag
Horrible user experience for Phone users. Such a hard hassle to navigate through the app. Have to fix the extreme app lag. Can’t see your orders you put in the chart or stop loss that I put on the chart so I could adjust. Have to make an option where you could trade on the app like as if your on tradovate phone website.app is made so you can loss if you try and change pages. Whenever I check my balance, there should be a liquidation button or cancel all button, but no, you don’t allow at that. Because you want people to lose.

Needs an update
Please update the app the UI is extremely difficult to us.
There’s no sign in screen yet you are still logged into your account you need to sign out in order to sign in. And then the password doesn’t autofill so I need to go into my password manger and copy paste it in after pressing allow paste. It’s like 15 more clicks than it needs to be.

Garbage App
A joke of App, God awful, poorly written. Candles print like cartoons no seriousness to any of it.

Always makes makes me log in like three times that says no account found. And then the char never loads. No matter how many times I restart it. There is never a chart.

ABSOLUTE WORSE
This has got to be one of the worse trading apps I have experienced. I can’t change my Timeframe, it’s glitchy, and all around not user friendly. This company needs to put some serious money behind changing this app

Gray screen
I like tradovate mobile but I’m getting a gray screen when trying to click on on add indicators and presets and I don’t know why it’s happening. I can’t add any indicators or presets??
They deleted Paper account, ALL THE DATA
They deleted all the data for the last two years of my paper trading account. I cannot even see my any charts. I asked for refund since there was nothing written in the agreement, their answer was “no matter what, we will never refund”. I have email, so I can proof. I was using this account for the special market day practice/ data collecting, how institutions move, and now it’s all gone and I cannot compare to the real world announcements days. Their “excuse” was “because you didn’t roll for awhile”. Ok, what kind of real trader trades (especially scalpers) DAILY??? I had business trip for a month, and market wasn’t moving the way I want, etc etc, so I logged in few times, but never rolled any. Then they deleted my account, entirely. All of the fees I spent the last 2.5 years and data are all gone. Never trust this company. They never admit they had the glitch.

I don’t know who needs to read this at tradovates admin but maybe it will make it to someone worth while.
Your program is trash. In the worst possible meaning of the word. I started on Topstep and project x months ago. Loved it. I enjoy how smooth it is. How it stays updated and is mobile friendly. It literally looks and flows almost identical on mobile and desktop. It’s great. They really polish the platform overall and make it for a fantastic user experience. Then as I try out other prop firms who claim to be better than Topstep, force me to trade on Tradovate. What a miserable experience. It’s like I’m operating on windows 98 in 2025. You should be embarrassed to put something like that out there. Don’t get me started on this pitiful app. It’s horribly confusing.
So admin / decision makers, put some effort into your program and make it better for us all. Please.

Worst trading platform so far that I ever used
In-app alerts keeps repeating annoying
Alerts display a hundred times for the same message. And it overlaps the other important things.
Garbage
Garbage. My review keeps getting deleted, which is also garbage. Modern industrial garbage. Period. If you’re a beginner and you like this, welcome to 2001. Everyone else? Garbage.
Copy trading
I love the app after some trial and error but I’d like to be able to copy trade with multiple eval accounts by checking a box or something rather than clicking on each individual account to enter trades on all of them. That will push it from 4 stars to 5 for me. Overall good job, but please give us that

Nothing account
Always signs me in onto a nothing account. I then have to sign out and sign back in. I don’t know why it is so hard. I have Face ID turn on. So the first sign in never works.
BUGGY. Much potential, currently difficult
The mobile app has lots of potential with the DOM and volume/charting features, but it is currently not possible to have consistent views of data. For example as soon as the candle time frame changes, all footprint data is lost.
The available time frames to pick from when auto time frame is disabled is too limited. Charts cannot be scrolled sideways which is also limiting, and zooming in order to do so clears footprint volume data making it highly inconvenient to see historical data, because coming back to the present loses all the volume data! Needs some work.
When leaving the app and coming back, the views are cleared and data lost too! Very inconvenient! This app is really only
Useful on desktop where multiple views are left open without modifying them, but the mobile experience is not so usable that way. Maybe only for quick glance at the market.
When the phone screen turns off, when we turn it back an and return to the chart, the data is broken: footprint volume stops appearing on the chart, volume bars disappear, ladder quantities stop showing, etc.
