Does not take videos or pictures consistently
I am very disappointed in this camera. I have other trail cameras & this one is not sensitive to motion & has very little pics & videos
Won't connect to ANY Device
Hit the 1 year mark & Suddenly dropped from phone - it will NO longer connect to phone OR Tablet!!! I Spent 2 days and several hours with your live chat doing EVERYTHING from hard restart phone, internet & camera to deleting & re-downloading and it STILL will not work. I pulled the memory card to see if it's at least recording and it's NOT!!! They say not an app issue then it is an app issue so 🤷🏼♀️

The Ticker Tape spoils this app
Before the ticker tape scrolling thing arrived recently, I would have given this 5 stars. But now when I view in landscape mode the ticker tape blocks the bottom of the screen where most of the action is. Please make it go away or a setting to switch it off. I now have 4 of these cameras out in the field now all the playbacks are spoiled by that ticker tape view. Get rid of it please or put it at the top in the sky.

Perfect match for my needs
I’m using this app/camera to monitor activity at a remote location. It’s working great.
The latest update to track live view time is very helpful.
The scrolling frames in the latest update doesn’t help, actually it’s annoying when I turn phone landscape to better see my video.
It would be great to have an on/off option from the app to suspend recording like when we are mowing. For now I just change the active time to be later in the day and change it back when we finish mowing.
I’m very happy with the app giving me a view of my property and notifying me when there is action.

Annoying Go Go Go bounces on all pictures
The trail cam has started to show the word “Go” bouncing up and down three times in every photo. I set my camera in a place where I get literally hundreds of pictures. This is the most ANNOYING and non-sensical thing I have ever seen. If they do to stop it I am going to petition for a refund.

Poor app
App (and the camera that required it) poor. Load time slow, despite being next to the camera. No ability to scroll within clips, doing so directs you to a different screen and drops the camera connection, then it’s hideously slow to reconnect again. Overall very poor quality app in my experience, now deleting and returning the cameras to find some better ones instead.

Does not work with iPhones anymore
Used to work with my iPhone when I bought the cameras last year but recent updates to iOS has done something so my iPhone can’t connect to the cameras anymore.
Foxes, Hedgehogs and Mice
I purchased my tail cam from Amazon to see what wildlife is using our garden. Very surprised to see a fox visiting every night eating scraps and fox dry food. Also two hedgehogs on with a white patch on left thigh, the other without. There also a pair of field mice clearing up the bird food. Very pleased with the quality of the pictures. Would recommend for any one to see what visitors they get.

The upgrade not working! The online costumer service is terrible they don’t help they ask a question and leave for 20 mins. The directions to upgrade are terrible as well because they don’t work. Very bad experience
Super refined tool to manage video captures.
This app is almost has no new functions to add, it has everything to manage captured video content. Stable, almost never had issues. Intuitive, responsive, easy to understand.

Screw logins
This used to be a great app. Now you can’t use it without some stupid login. Now the cams I bought before that only use this app are useless to me. Screw this app.
Could be great, but isn’t.
The intended functionality is great. Fairly easy to understand, and the level of control over the camera is excellent. However, the connection to the phone is extremely unstable. The connection fails to start about two times out of three attempts. Once it is connected, the connection fails, sometimes after a few seconds. In summary, if it worked as designed it would be great, but it is too unreliable. Very frustrating, unfortunately.

Nothing but connection issues. The app worked on day one. After that I am unable to connect to the camera no matter what I do. I removed the app and restored it. Now on the rescan for new device, it recognizes the camera but will not connect. In addition, it is not really WiFi it is a hotspot.i would not recommend this product at all.
