Trotz vieler Updates viele Probleme
Hauptproblem ist, dass die Verbindung mit der Kamera oft nicht klappt. Warum lässt sich die Kamera nicht direkt mit dem WLAN verbinden? Zumindest im Heimbereich bei permanenter Stromzufuhr über ein Netzteil wäre das eine Option.
Die Usability ist leider sehr schlecht. Insbesondere das Herunterladen und Löschen von Bildern und Videos ist extrem mühsam. Ausgewählte Medien, die man herunterlädt werden zwar mit Zeitstempel eingetragen, aber aufgrund des Namens der Datei nicht mehr richtig sortiert. Mehrfaches Herunterladen führt zu mehrfachen Dateien, das ist sinnlos.
Die Hilfeoptionen in der App sind sehr beschränkt. Man weiß nicht, ob man mit einem Bot kommuniziert oder eine Nachricht an den Support sendet.
Die aufgenommenen Videos werden so ungünstig wiedergegebenen, dass die Steuerelemente zur Wiedergabe das Bild verdecken. Will man mit Pause anhalten oder vor und zurück spielen, verdecken die Elemente das Bild, Pause kann man deshalb auch nur unzureichend nutzen.

WASTE OF MONEY
Can’t use app to meet any expectations due up being only One month in and the camera stops recognizing the memory card, won’t format a new (top grade) one, will not go into working mode- screen stays on with nothing happening.
Does not connect to camera
Have three cameras which worked fine up until last week. Camera 2 would not connect. Reinstalled, reloaded, fully charged. Now camera 1 is not working cannot connect. Extensive correspondence with help desk but they did not pursue. Will not purchase any more cameras for this app. Will get a card reader instead. The app support is in Chinese. Several people have this issue. Have returned latest camera purchased as the app is not working.

This is so nice!
Love being able to see both live view and review what the camera caught from inside the house. The images are clear and colors excellent. I use at night in my Sonoran Desert wildlife habitat to see what’s using the water stations, who’s living in various holes and watching Bats drain my hummingbird feeders at night. Great product and app. Thank you!

TrailCam Go
My camera is useless because TrailCam Go has some kind of issue with their payment processing. I contacted my bank to make sure it wasn’t on my end and my bank has no attempt on behalf of TrailCam Go to collect payment. My bank advised me to contact the party trying to collect payment, but what do you know? There is absolutely no way to reach out to this company! So now I’m stuck with trail cams that I can’t use!! Do not buy these cameras!! P.S. if you are with TrailCam Go and reading this review I will change my review if you reach out to me and make this right (since I have no way of contacting you)!!

This app either fails to find the camera or if found then it refuses to connect. All the “reset” options tried, nothing works

A little confused by these / did not know o need to basically be present at all times for them to work . Does not connect to home WiFi!

Worked great…then it didn’t
Started off great but can’t seem to get it to work.

Problem with this app/camera is you have to be close to the camera to see so you can't record say wildlife and then try to check on it from your home or your office because you're not close to the camera to connect to its internal Wi-Fi so the only way you can do it is if you pull the card or be close to it I want a trail cam that I can have it set up in the woods and be able to just randomly see what's going on without having to go to it. The camera Company (MAXDONE solar) itself has had amazing support and assistance

Maybe I misunderstood what this trail camera is supposed to do . It’s in our backyard- we are trying to catch what is under our shed - thought while in our house we can pull up the camera but found out we have to be NEAR the camera to get the WiFi signal 🤦🏻♀️. Maybe it’s me not understanding but this was not what we wanted 🤷🏻♀️.

I’ve had this camera for over a year and all of a sudden, only watch can view videos via after opening downloads…they’re not appearing in gallery…

Does not take videos or pictures consistently
I am very disappointed in this camera. I have other trail cameras & this one is not sensitive to motion & has very little pics & videos
Won't connect to ANY Device
Hit the 1 year mark & Suddenly dropped from phone - it will NO longer connect to phone OR Tablet!!! I Spent 2 days and several hours with your live chat doing EVERYTHING from hard restart phone, internet & camera to deleting & re-downloading and it STILL will not work. I pulled the memory card to see if it's at least recording and it's NOT!!! They say not an app issue then it is an app issue so 🤷🏼♀️

Needs upgrading
We need the ability to select multiple videos for deletion also… automatically move to landscape. We need the ability to set a zoom on the camera and have this preserved- it is basic and needs an update
The Ticker Tape spoils this app
Before the ticker tape scrolling thing arrived recently, I would have given this 5 stars. But now when I view in landscape mode the ticker tape blocks the bottom of the screen where most of the action is. Please make it go away or a setting to switch it off. I now have 4 of these cameras out in the field now all the playbacks are spoiled by that ticker tape view. Get rid of it please or put it at the top in the sky.
