Use Less, Bad Behavior from executive, call Disconnected after Receiving.. Choose xigo better

The worst App Ever I have seen for booking tickets, when it's Come to return money they took Too much time, don't have option for edit on passenger choice, took money from bank Account but not able to book ticket cuz I choose seat allocated. And if you try to edit no option available and but they will deduct from account. So if you try book again, they will charge again.. Don't have wallet option... Sameless customer care executive... When I try to ask they hmmm hmmm hmm and they reply wait 7-10 days...

Trip Assurance Is Fraud service

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience I had using your platform.

Firstly, the lack of clarity regarding your Trip Assurance policy and its TM cash reuse options has left me feeling misled.(only 50 TM cash used ) its very disappointing and you are not mentioning in Policy.
The information provided is ambiguous and does not align with the expectations I had when opting for the service. This has caused unnecessary frustration and confusion.

Secondly, the overall service experience has been far from satisfactory. The inefficiency in addressing customer concerns makes it feel like a fraudulent setup rather than a trusted service provider.

I request immediate clarification on the Trip Assurance policy and an explanation of why my experience has been so disappointing. Additionally, I expect a resolution to the issue at hand and measures to ensure better transparency for customers in the future.

Waste don’t use this app for tracking or Platform no search

When you for live train then it will show past station not running station and also platform number not showing or not exact platform….

Okay. But use NTES instead

If you want ti track the train status only, use NTES app. Which is an official app. I believe most if the train tracking apps use NTES as their source of information. These apps just offer a better UI and UX.

Trainman is not accurate. Timing on some routes is incorrect. Sole reason I am uninstalling is because the music playback stops when I open the app. Not sure if this happens with every iphone. Maybe I will install and test in the future.

But NTES is more than enough.

Just perfect!

This is a great app for train booking as IRCTC would mostly get stuck in the middle of my booking. While ticket booking through Trainman , transactions are seamless and you receive confirmed ticket easily without the uncertainty. It also has easy cancellation and quick refunds process. Other interesting features include waitlist prediction, easy interface and multiple payment methods.

Cancellation

Though at the time of booking , cancellation charges also charged saying we will get full refund, but actually they have deducted again from the amount . This looks not fair . Please look in to this . As far as the app is good , providing lot of information , coach position mentioned was not correct and Running status was not updated thus causing inconvenience to the passengers . Thanks

No proper location

Running status is completely wrong whenever i check, kindly resolve this issue. Previous version was good, it showed me option if i am in the train and can able to see train speed.

A very useful app but few small but important fix needed

The overall experience of the app is really good, but considering few small but key features doesn't work at all.
Refreshing the a PNR status which has been already added doesn't work. When we go into the particular PNR, it should automatically refresh to fetch the current status which it doesn't. Even tapping on the refresh icon also doesn't work. This gets very irritating sometimes when you need to check the status immediately.
Also dark mode for the app will be highly appreciated.

Current status update not working

Fantastic application but in my opinion ,older version was really good. Recently,I have updated the application. now i am unable to fetch Current status of my tickets therefore i have to visit irctc application.
Kindly fix this issue.

Worst aap

I booked the train from surat to ajmer 1Ac tickect and they didn't confirm and their was no notification of confirmation the was game of this company app is. They just booked ur tikect and issue it and put on wailtiesed but original website the company don't do any contact with railway booking when i try to catch train last moment the TC IN 1Ac told me online booking has no value and the company doesn't not gave priority for reservation and show the status in application waiting list.total fraud and bad app also when i try to call them. Wellcome to train man and keep u hold and automatic phone call deducted.worst app scam no response zero customer service

Stuck at Loading after checked current ticket status

The app is amazing guys and really helped a lot on many occasions.

There is one problem. When I open the saved PNR from the list, the app checks for the current status. Once the app received the current status, the loader on the card goes away. Then a new loader icon at the middle of the screen and stuck there forever. Please fix this issue.

Worst backend team ever

Not responding to mail & even fixing issue since January.
Reported many times that please wait appears after pnr search & freezes the screen & have to close the app & restart for using it.
Not even taking single action. Only saying sorry for inconvenience but no solution
One shocking response I got in mail even after sharing pics & videos.“ We got it checked with the concerned team & there is no issue that is creating this hassle at your end.”
I mean seriously??

One stop solution for all train related problems

Wow…..what an app. You can’t ask for more. I am using this app for many years now and I can’t think of anything else when it comes to Indian Railways. So easy and so accurate. You guys have made life so comfortable by your collection of trends in respect of waitlist reservations. I have booked so many waitlist tickets in past five years based on your data and believe you me, all of them got confirmed. Keep it up. Thanks once again for making lives so comfortable. Congratulations

One of the apps that is truely useful, user friendly with not so much irrelevant features and so happy to use it if you know how hectic it is to book a ticket. Just one advice, if it's possible that all trains name and number are visible at one time on the screen would be an excellent option

Awesome app for Train Ticket booking

Wonderful app guys. You guys developed such a nice mobile app to book tickets.

Recently I was looking for some good app to book train tickets and I found good reviews about Trainman and I started using it. So far I have very good experience to book tickets through the app. Also, I recommended many of my friends to use this app and they were also very happy 😃.

Some of the nice things about this app:
1) it is showing current availability once the chart prepared. It will help many passengers to get a train ticket at their last minute travel plan.

2) train running status and coach position and pnr status are really good and accurate features.

3) Payment gateway was nice. Hopefully you will partner with Simpl PayLater 🔜.

Everything is good but I would like to add few improvements.
1) I have booked a waiting list ticket and it didn’t confirm after the final chart preparation. I would expected an SMS or WhatsApp message for the same but I did not get the same. Hope this will be improved in your next update.

2) Tatkal ticket booking is still a nightmare. I know trainman doesn’t have any control on it. As it is something on the IRCTC sever side. Hope Trainman will find some hack 🤪 to help booking the tatkal ticket as well through the app.

Poor service

Very poor service will not suggest any one to use the app
And very poor service over the phone .

Font color

I don’t understand its a common sense that font color has to be in contrast with that of background color. I couldn’t see which one to select male female transgender not visible, secondly not able to see details of my ticket price. Terms and conditions window background color is black but then how can you keep font color black again. It has to be white.
You have to work on your app so much. Provide good service to customers. Its easy to make complex thing but very difficult to make simplest thing.
