FAQ
How does Train Tracks create a training plan?
Train Tracks builds a week-by-week plan by asking about your race date, current sessions per week, longest run, and longest ride. It then calculates a plan backward from your race day, including base, build, peak, and taper phases.
Can Train Tracks adjust my plan if I miss a session?
Yes, Train Tracks is designed to be a guide, not a dictator. If you miss a week, come in sore, or spike your load, it will notice and suggest adjustments that you can choose to accept or ignore.
What kind of nutritional guidance does Train Tracks offer?
Train Tracks sets a calorie and macro target that adjusts with your training load. You can log nutrition by scanning barcodes, photographing labels, or weighing food in grams.
Does Train Tracks integrate with other fitness apps?
Yes, you can connect Train Tracks with Strava. Completed activities from Strava will automatically match to the corresponding sessions in your training plan.
What are the subscription costs for Train Tracks Pro?
Train Tracks Pro is available for $9.99 per month or $69.99 per year. It includes a 14-day free trial.
How do I manage or cancel my Train Tracks subscription?
