Nice collection of plyo exercises. Helpful to have this database when planning trainings.

Good workouts!

Lots of workouts and I'll give it 5 stars when they add sets and reps to each workout. For now I'll just figure it out til I get exhausted.

Used it once. Great so far! The only thing is you have to come up with the reps and sets yourself. Other than that, great app!
