Clunky app

Setting to multiple bulb is extremely difficult unlike other apps. I regret buy bunch of bulb from them. I’m going to switch to Lumary led light bulbs. It’s easy to control.

Always has connection issues

I’m constantly having issues with the app and the bulb connecting and I know it’s not my internet because it runs fine. I have an overpriced regular lightbulb at this point.

Needed worse Wi-Fi to use

Would leave zero stars if I could. If you have Wi-Fi above 2.4 GHz then you are stuck with laboratory lighting until you downgrade.

All good, but is it safe?

Everything seemed ok until I tried to pair it with Google Home. Both Chrome and Safari said that the Tramsmart certificate was invalid and that site was not safe. Scary when you have just allowed their device to have access to your network. Please fix!
