Iâve since stopped using this service since I have encountered too many unprofessional drivers. I have been hit on, propositioned, probed for personal information, and inappropriately touched. A few drivers also reek of cigarettes.

While I want to support local taxis, this app is not the way. Inaccurate prices, hidden costs, and the cab drivers conveniently are not aware of how the app pricing works.
After getting lost (no fault of the app) the driver still ended up overcharging me.

Clean taxi, courteous and insured driver. App is very well done and allows you to track your taxi in real time.

I used to be a huge Uber/Lyft user. But now, I favour Transit because you get a ride faster, prices are consistent (no surge during rush hour, etc.) and it feels safer. Keep up the good work!
Drivers are stealing and cheating the app/customers
WATCH OUT! Drivers will end the trip early and demande you pay with cash. Itâs happened to me many times. They will even ask âyou paying in the app ?â KNOWINGLY And then end the trip. Before your destination. Then demand you pay cash. WATCH OUT!!! They have also asked me to âPay with tipsâ or âpay later in the appâ so they know the you can pay with app and are trying to cheat it by asking cash too.
This app works great. It is good for customers. It makes paying easier and faster. It makes finding a ride easier. But many times the drivers will cheat or steal from the customers. I hope they can do something about this.
