Superb customer service
Living in China I use this app every day. So was shocked to find it had stopped working. However, on reporting my findings the developers rectified the issue very quickly and informed me by email. Quick responses and rectification are the signs of a good company, thank you

Great Translation App
I have found the My Language Pro app to be the best. It offers, in my opinion, the most diverse languages and dialects within languages.

WHAT HAPPENED?!?! Your App Worked On My MacBook for a Few Years and then JUST STOPPED WORKING A WEEK AGO‼️ Do NOT tell me it's not for MACs when it's been working on this one for over 3.5 years. JUST FIX IT so I DON'T HAVE TO BUY A DIFFERENT TRANSLATOR, One that has a Dark Version.

I have several problems with my eyes, intensely dry eyes is one huge part of that, and because I work in Dark Versions for EVERYTHING I use on my Laptop, anything I open that is bright white, really hurts my eyes a lot.
Because your App only works in Light Version I have to switch my system to LIGHT just to use it. I am always PAINFULLY blinded for a few minutes.
Your Language App is absolutely the Best of the bunch I have used or tried, I use it on every single Social Network I am on, and I talk it up with EVERY SINGLE USE. Everyone agrees, your translations ARE SPOT ON. Many tell me that they plan to check you out after they have seen my use of it.
I believe if you made a DARK VERSION, you would have EVEN MORE TRAFFIC on your website.

App crashes
Every time I try to go to the settings the app crashes. Or if I try to paste something it will also crash. Needs massive improvements!
Worked well to start
Used it for a number of years… fantastic. It then started to shut down mid use. Finally it wouldn’t open at all.

Bilinguals tell me: Best Translation App
I’ve never used a better translation app than this one right here, ‘MyLanguagePRO’.
I’ve been using this for several years across the handful of social networks I used to have, and the one I still do. I’m not multilingual; to my shame I’m one of those Americans who is not even bilingual. I can, at best, speak a few words of greeting in more than several languages, and like many Californians, speak some Spanglish 🤣.
However I am not, and will never be, the kind of American who limits their conversations to those who speak only English, because let’s face it, how boring would that be?
I have asked every single Bilingual person I’ve had the pleasure of texting with, what they thought about the translations offered by MyLanguagePRO.
With the given knowledge that NO translation by any translator service, or app, can be completely perfect, all have agreed that MyLanguagePRO is clearly above and beyond the capabilities of other translation apps to provide more than a clear and a fairly concise translation 99% of the time. (I personally have not had a misstep, but am unwilling to commit to 100%, nothing is perfect)
Thus I rest my case. But consider this, you don’t have to take my word for it, you can try it for yourself. I believe you will be pleased.

Hi,I try and read French Newspapers and Articles, I use this App for translation if I’m struggling as I’m an intermediate, and I find this App brilliant, and excellent value for money.

App not working
I just downloaded this app pay 999 one time what it says now when I go into the app, it goes right back out of the app not working

Is this all no longer being supported? I don’t see there’s an update for several years and I no longer can get it to work. It crashes when I try opening it. Before it would crash when I’d try to copy the translated text.
