Does not work for real-time translation
Terrible experience. Despite downloading using cellular when trying to access the microphone it constantly states no internet connection. I suspect this is because I signed up for a free trial then canceled the subscription. Before that it attempted to translate Japanese but only showed me voice to text in Japanese instead of translating to English.

Still being charged
I am still being charged. I cancelled the app and deleted it. You have tried to charge me $10.99 on 7/20, 7/27 and 8/1. I want these charges refunded and cancelled
Scam and Theft
I installed this app in Thailand to trial it for a day. It asked me to pay and I declined. But Unknown to me the trial subscribed me to a weekly subscription for $14.99. I just discovered I have been paying for this for the last 20 weeks. Avoid these crooks at all costs.

Didn’t pick up voices and couldn’t translate anything. Total waste of money and download
Didn’t work for our trip abroad
I purchased this product for a trip to Europe. We ended up Using Google translate instead. It didn’t work as it was advertised. The screen would freeze when ever we tried to use the camera to read something. Now I am trying to cancel because I have been charged for another month of non use.
