This app is awful, most of the time the app freezes so you can’t even take a picture. When you are able

Probably the worst app i’ve ever downloaded
Basically I had this downloaded and thought i’d be able to translate Italian from my tv because I am in rome, it did not translate it at all and made no sense and then i tried to use the camera as that’s a mentioned feature, but of course it’s a paid feature. I’m confused, claude ai would be able to build me this exact same website for free within maybe a few hours with working camera translations while this app doesn’t even translate. Better to go to google tbh yall need to do better

The worst translator app
I was excited to use this ahead of my first time ever going to Korea and Japan. Now that I am here, every single time I have tried to use this app and really needed it, it has crashed on me and left me in very awkward situations. At first I thought my connection was bad but it was the app itself.
App is good but ….,,
The translate Go app is very good. But I clicked on a month payment as I was in Europe for just over 4 weeks and they took a years payment £44.99. Extortionate. Applied for a refund and got it. But beware.
No trial before you buy
Beware: the advertising states that there is a “free trial”, but the developer later claims that this is a misunderstanding in the way it is expressed and that I interpreted it incorrectly. In reality, you are charged straight away.
Many other apps across a wide range of fields offer genuine free trial periods before any payment is taken, which was not the case here.
