Translated a beer label as wine, upon second try it translated to Handwriting. Worthless

This app doesn’t work at all I’ve takes photos when out and about it says says can’t translate right now what a waste of money please please please don’t download this app and use it it’s a complete waste and a scam use a free ai app instead and it works perfect! 👌🏻

This app is a scam. They charge you $11 a week and have no way to cancel subscription in the app. I even cancelled it through the App Store and they still somehow continued to charge me weekly. Will be disputing with my bank

I signed up for a one month trial and they charged me the annual fee. Then they said they couldn’t do anything about it because I used Apple Pay.

If I give you this app zero soon I would. They stole my card number and have been charging me 10.99 multiple times a month. I did not sign up for the subscription, so it doesn’t show up App Store that I have a subscription. They have no way to contact them and no way for me to get my money back. I want a refund. You guys have taken hundreds of dollars from me.

No impressed with paid subscription
I feel like I am not getting what I purchased. When I try to take a picture to translate it just tells me what it is versus showing me.
Total sucker scam app
Don’t waste your time. As soon as you download , it’s 10 bucks a week, in the small print… and it’s very hard to cancel. If not impossible….

Great App, Terrible billing
I purchased this app for a trip to Italy and Greece. Initially, I only wanted a one month subscription. I was charged for a year in advance and even though I cancelled, I was never refunded the money. Checking my email, I got an additional charge for a weekly subscription. The app worked great, but the billing process is a pure rip off.

Like others I’ve just had my phone bill and have been charged £10.99 a week! What a scam, I now can’t pay my bill. I’m furious. I’ve cancelled the app subscription but didn’t realise that although I’d only had it a month they’d charged me every bloody week. It’s not even a great app. Fuming.

I never used this app and it’s been charge £9.99 every week since October 2025. I just found out from my bank statement. I have submitted request for full investigation. This app has serious problems regards to the personal data and privacy.

I recently used this app whilst with a lot of Dutch people, unfortunately it’s ability to listen to a conversation is very limited and often didn’t translate anything
Useless
Scanning text with the camera didn’t work when trying to translate from Finnish, Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian, and Polish. I had to take a picture first. Even then, a gray filter made the translation impossible to read.
Does not work for real-time translation
Terrible experience. Despite downloading using cellular when trying to access the microphone it constantly states no internet connection. I suspect this is because I signed up for a free trial then canceled the subscription. Before that it attempted to translate Japanese but only showed me voice to text in Japanese instead of translating to English.
