You have been charging my card $10.99 four times this month already without my authorization. Please refund me my money. I am very unpleased with the lack of acknowledgement on this matter.
No direct camera translation
Take a picture, then wait, then you get the translation. There is no real time camera translation function. Google: try better.

This constantly has issues and it’s a waste of money. There’s really no offline mode and friends use free translators that work way better.

Language unavailable!
After purchasing the translator I found out that suddenly the language used from their drop down menu is unavailable! SCAM!
Do NOT download! Company is a scam!
This is a scam. They charge you every couple weeks and refuse to cancel your subscription saying they can’t find it. We have been charged 6 times in the last 2 months since downloading. Contacting our credit card company to get them to cancel further charges. Do NOT get this app. Use google lens for free and save yourself from getting scammed

I used this on a trip to Denmark & Sweden for a week. It was so helpful and definitely worth it!

This does not work well at all. $10 a week before you try. Does not translate at all well and you have to upload a pic. Nothing like the hundred of ads show. Might as well use Chat GTP or other you already pay for.

Probably the worst app i’ve ever downloaded
Basically I had this downloaded and thought i’d be able to translate Italian from my tv because I am in rome, it did not translate it at all and made no sense and then i tried to use the camera as that’s a mentioned feature, but of course it’s a paid feature. I’m confused, claude ai would be able to build me this exact same website for free within maybe a few hours with working camera translations while this app doesn’t even translate. Better to go to google tbh yall need to do better

The worst translator app
I was excited to use this ahead of my first time ever going to Korea and Japan. Now that I am here, every single time I have tried to use this app and really needed it, it has crashed on me and left me in very awkward situations. At first I thought my connection was bad but it was the app itself.

The translate Go app is very good. But I clicked on a month payment as I was in Europe for just over 4 weeks and they took a years payment £44.99. Extortionate. Applied for a refund and got it. But beware.

iOS iPhone 16 pro aktuelle Software. App heruntergeladen 2 Sprachen eingestellt und jedesmal wenn man etwas auf Deutsch spricht kommt die Fehlermeldung „Man kann mit dem Text nichts anfangen“ wenn nicht einmal der deutsche Text verstanden wird wie zuverlässig ist dann das App????
