Worst app ever
Translink really need to sort this app out constantly signs you out and wont re enter your details as “wrong password”. Then you press for a link to new password and no link is sent? Absolutely ridiculous and scandalous prices

Won’t let you log in, won’t send you a password re-set, this app will create an existential crisis for all its users as it steadily convinces you that you don’t exist and perhaps never did.

this app has tenfold the issues of the previous app. no way to reset password from old app and no way to make new account without a new phone number. i simply want to be able to purchase a ticket before getting on the bus why must i have an account to purchase an adults single. i’d understand for a ylink but this is ridiculous

The user experience of this app is a joke. It all starts when you have to scroll through all the stations instead of just typing in where you want to go. Then it gets worst.
App doesn’t work
App logged me out for no reason. Couldn’t remember my password, tried to reset it and it doesn’t work resetting it on the app. So now I can’t use the app at all and will have to go back to buying my ticket elsewhere. Please fix

This app exemplifies everything that is wrong with NI public service. Unfit for purpose from the top down. Used public transport apps throughout the UK & Ireland this one is hands down the worst.

Always freezes, will sign me out very often and the password reset option doesn’t work on the app 😭😭 absolute trash app, not surprised because this failed state is a mess
Hasn’t improved for years
Couldn’t buy an on peak day return ticket for the train 5 years ago… come back to the app all these years later to find the exact same problem
Diabolical
If I could give it zero I would. Installed, friend to boom ticket, app crashed, reinstalled, username and password now don’t work. Requested link to change password. No email sent, so now can’t use the app at all.

Everytime i try to click on where im travelling to the app shuts down on me and i can’t use it and i needed it to use my ylink awful app just slow and closes down on you
