The current version of this app is poor - especially compared to the previous version. It is difficult to interpret the info provided. I’ve missed a number of buses since using it. I have found Google Maps to provide better public transport information than the current app.

This creation is the lowest point of existence if you were the brokest man on the planet and he knew how bad this app was but if he downloaded the app he would get a billion dollars. He would say hell no, never download this app for your mental health, safety, general health and temper it is the equivalent of eating surstroming and fighting Khabib numragomedov this sucks so bad i wish i could rate it lower

Useless
New in Brisbane, went to use what I thought would be the point of truth to get a train to the city, all it showed is loads of bus lines in a mish mash of information and not a single train even though i put in the train station as the start point . 1 star

The app is bad. UX is atrocious. Searching algorithm prioritizes random streets instead of obvious landmarks. Used to be able to write a suburb as a destination, not anymore. The map that shows you the route you cant stay zoomed in without it resetting.
The design itself makes it hard to read. More importantly information it gives you is absolutely wrong almost every time. Waste of tax payer money on updating what was to this garbage.

This app is really useless!
This app is a major downgrade from the previous version.
The old app allowed users to bookmark stations, view train arrival times at a glance, and quickly access useful information. With this new app, many of those features appear to be gone.
The app feels less useful, less intuitive, and far less functional than before. I genuinely don't understand what improvements were made, because it now does much less than the old version.

Unusable Waste of taxpayer money
The new app is completely unusable. Showing every form of transport is overwhelming. Really hard to look up your normal transport timetable. Designed by it nerds - probably dazzled the public sector management so they paid a received absolute rubbish.

QLD tax payers want their money back!
The app lies, it’ll tell you that the bus is on time and on route when it’s actually broken down at the first bus stop. The journey planner is stupid. It throws you back to webpages for information. If you lock your phone halfway through tracking your own journey it resets. It’ll give you a stop or station address but not actually show it on the map.
For the money spent on it a year 10 digital technology student could do better!

The worst ever app
How much it used my tax? I need to claim it back. The app writer’s intelligence is zero.
Abysmal app
Would rate it 0 if I could. This is the worst transport app I’ve used. I can’t search specific bus routes or train lines - it’s incredible how impossible it is to use this app. It’s almost impossible to find a timetable for the mode of transport you want.
