So frustrating
I missed two eligible buses and was late to work today because the app told me to wait for a bus number that didn’t actually exist. I ended up making an assumption on a number that a lot of other people were using to get myself in to the city to work, no thanks for this app. Great use of tax-payer money guys.

Worst app ever used
non reliable info. vehicle tracking is not live and most of the time incorrect. you stand and wait for a bus displayed as coming in x mins and then there's no bus coming leaving u wait for the next one (if that one comes). terrible user experience
Horrible
I was confused which bus to take home so I got this app to help me. It did the exact opposite. It lead me to the wrong bus stop, the bus doesn’t even go that route. How could this massive oversight have even occurred, never using this app again.
I avoid using the Translink app
I turn up at the train or bus station and read the timetable when I get there - this method is better than using the app.
So bad the staff at Roma Street even said not to use it
If I had to give -1 star I would. Horrible format. Confusing. Inaccurate. Seriously we can do much better than this to serve our community. Cheap and sad excuse for an app.

I can’t believe that they took one of the best apps and turned it into this rubbish. Inaccurate and a waste of time.
infuriating but relied on
it keeps tracking other buses saying they’re my bus and then glitching and setting my bus back on the map by another 10 minutes why cant it just track the fricking bus i’ve been waiting half an hour and it’s told me the whole time “1 minute” “3 minutes” “2 minutes” oh no wait “20 minutes” PICK ONE. HOW HARD IS IT TO TRACK THE LOCATION OF A BUS?
some people a) don’t have their license for various reasons b) can’t afford to drive or c) it’s much better for the environment, and a lot of us can rely pretty heavily on an app like this for live updates in case things veer off schedule. but for crying out loud FIX IT TRANSLINK.

Terrible upgrade
Terrible upgrade. Can no longer see distance to walk without clicking in to each option. Provides a route then mid transit changes to another point.
Abysmal beyond description
This app is about as bad as it gets, the design and usability plumb new depths manifesting in unusable mash of UI elements that fail to adhere to conceptual expectations and intuitive design constructs. To the ‘leadership’ team overseeing digital delivery - you should be fired or reassigned to a role that does not involve information provision or app development.

I have never used such a terrible app. All the bus departure times were missing in the app. Fortunately there are better apps you can use.
Not worth a star
At least fix it before the olympics, otherwise we’ll be jokers on world stage. I would give half or no star if I could. You call this an enhancement? Click on timetable and I get taken to web for $3m+ contract? Bring back fav, time table. This is the most useless app. Get it right QLD transport and govt.

Use the website
From frequent app crashes, to showing the wrong time of services (services that have already departed several minutes ago or services several hours into the future), to the single colour design making it harder to navigate - just use the website

The old app is way better than this. I can’t locate my friend’s exact location.
Couldn’t be any worse
This is the most confusing travel app I have ever used. Possibly a local may understand, but avoid if you are just visiting.

There was nothing wrong with the old app. This one is so much harder to navigate and takes three times as long to find what you’re looking for
