Hi Zenicero, Thank you for your feedback on Transloader. About being misleading and not being upfront: In the iOS version's App description, I write: "Requirements: The Mac app, available for purchase on the Mac App Store". I also inform users that there's a free trial for the Mac version available on my website. I think I am being upfront about this. About the Mac app costing money, iOS being free: I don't want anyone to waste their money on an app they can't use because they don't have a Mac, so, because the main part of Transloader is a Mac app (the one downloading stuff), it's the one I charge for. The iOS app is free, because I can not know if a user downloading the iOS app actually has a Mac. To avoid having users purchase the iOS app, only to find they need a Mac on the other side they might not have, I charge for the Mac app instead, and the iOS app is free. So if they get the iOS app (for free), and then notice they need a Mac (they don't have), they didn't lose any money. If they do have Mac, they are free to purchase the Mac app, or not. I take it you didn't purchase the Mac app, either, so you didn't lose any money there. The system works. I think it's the right way to do this. With kind regards, - Matthias, the draw-string scum sack, deliberately protecting people from making useless purchases.
Seja educado 😄

The price is 50% lower for users in Brazil, in recognition of the far lower average wage here. I applaud this inclusive decision. Family sharing is also enabled. The matching iOS app is already free 👏🏼
Transloader is a vital app if you own a Mac but also spend time browsing on your iPhone or iPad.
I use it to send video posts (Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram etc) from my iPhone to the Downie app on my Mac, which automatically downloads the videos.
This allows me to permanently save videos. It also allows me to share actual video files with my friends on WhatsApp and Telegram, that they can watch right there, rather than links to addictive apps and sites designed to steal hours of their precious time. Be polite 😄
it works
Very handy and reliable
Feature suggest, remote download to NAS.
iOS 13 compatibility for Transloader 3

Hi ducati4ever, thank you for your feedback on Transloader for iPad and iPhone. I'd have loved to make the app run on iOS 13, but sadly, there's functionality Transloader requires that's only available on iOS 14 and newer. With kind regards, - Matthias
Thank you for remembering this app

Drops downloads. Has no pause. Can’t use in local mode.
Sure there are many others that are actually reliable. This one is basic and sometimes works. Works well enough for 0.51 stars if you are feeling generous.
