Payment never works
I’ve tried every payment including credit cards with no limit and it always says payment not accepted so idk what to do

I have been subscribed to them for going on 5 months now and have had nothing but great experiences. The shopping is fast, the flavors are the best I’ve ever tasted, and the customer service is bar none. I just found out that I screwed my order up while trying to change something. Matthew not only fixed the flavor for me, but noticed that I actually changed the type of protein. So he took care of that for me as well. Highly recommend this company.

I got the Hawaiian splash creatine and it was so good. Usually I throw up whenever I go to the gym when I do some flavor and this time I did not and it’s just really good stuff so I ordered some protein and I can’t wait to get that and try that as well. I give it a 100% 10/10 !!! Very happy with it!

Difficult to checkout
This is supposed to be a commerce app, but the basics of the checkout process are full of friction points. 1) one has to manually enter all the credit card number information instead of allowing the phone to copy-paste from another app or a password manager. No ability to use the camera to scan your credit card either. And with the manual entry, you don’t tab to the next form field. You just counter-intuitively have to keep typing numbers until the fields are full.
2) On top of that, the app doesn’t save your credit card information securely so you have to go through this nightmare entry process every single time you want to place an order.
Stick with the website for now until they find one of many third-party solutions that make the buy process painless.

Worth the money
Great taste great prices great selection proven and tested what else could you ask for. Been taking pre workouts for over 18 years and after 4 years of coming back over and over i can truely say this my favorite

Rewards Points Dissapeared
I can no longer apply any rewards points I’ve earned. The customer service with Transparent labs is terrible at least the protein is good.

Products are phenomenal. But customer service is nonexistent. Get a call back system through your customer service line or figure something else out. You don’t respond to email either??? For such a well put together product you might want to add the cherry on top with excellent customer support….

Decent app
A few glitches/frozen screens but overall a decent buying experience. Transparent labs makes great products, a little pricey, but you know what you’re buying.
Great products
I have yet to try a Transparent Labs protein powder I did not like! My absolute favorite right now is Cinnamon Toast Crunch, however, all the flavors taste great, mix well and go down easy! Lean Pre-workout mixes very well and leaves you energized throughout each workout! Creatine HMB(unflavored) mixes extremely well too! Highly recommend these products to everyone!

By far the best protein I've had and I've been through plenty. Service is a big deal for me as well and this company is on it. I highly recommend the app and for promotions. Amazon doesn't offer the 4lb!

This review is for the app only. I love Transparent Labs products and mission to create cleaner supplements. 5 stars for TL, 2 stars for the app.
I downloaded the app with the expectation that it would provide a simpler and faster shopping experience, and that there would be some benefit to using the app like free shipping / discounts. The reality is that the app is clunky and i havent found any incentive yet.
- swiping through images frequently causes a swipe down and closes the product you're trying to view
- products show the images and nutrition facts for every flavor so you have to swipe through a ton of images to see all photos or find the one you're looking for
- still have to pay for shipping. Still not sure what the benefit to the customer is for using the app vs website
- app does not store payment info
- app cannot read from saved credit cards on iPhone. I have to manually type in my credit card number on every single purchase. Super annoying and very outdated. I can't recall the last time i had to type in my CC number on an ecomm store.
- no apple pay, paypal, shop pay etc. Even though the brand is on Shopify. To be fair, the website also has none of these, which is also pretty mind boggling. If TL is sold by any other retailer that has faster payment options, i would 100% shop there first.
As a Shopify developer myself, and a big fan of TL, i'm hoping this is a constructive review for the business to improve their app experience.
