Don’t understand why every update is worse than the previous update
Stop updating every other day!!!
How about doing an update once a month, not every day. It’s a pain in the rear to go request passwords to update this app when I’m trying to word
New update is terrible
It’s insanely awful. Why would you make it so much more difficult to do pickups? It worked fine before. It’s incomprehensible that the update would be so more worse that what preceded it.
Log in trouble
Can’t even log in to my account and I have orders waiting for me that I can’t even do. Now I just have to wait around till the app allows me to sign in. Terrible just terrible.

Can’t copy and paste from Order Note!!! Harder to navigate. Please go back. If I could give a zero, I would.
If it’s not broke don’t fix it
I don’t understand why you would update the app and make it worse quite honestly. The app crashes way more than ever before. The bar at the top for where you go into take pictures goes away and doesn’t come back. It’s almost as if you’re timed to take pictures. Before the update I was able to take pictures no matter how long the order was up. Now I can’t even go back if I need to unless you close the app and restart it. It’s way harder for people to sign on now and it was hard before. It’s way worse now. More clicking to add serial numbers. I think when you try to improve you actually made it the opposite. I still don’t understand how or why you would want to change it. Almost everything before was perfect the way it was. Do better.

The old version was way easier to navigate and use, the new update feels like I’m working with an older software and not as streamlined.

PLEASE BRING BACK THE COPY AND PASTE. JUST MADE SO MUCH MORE WORK FOR EVERYBODY!!!
Latest update
The latest update makes the app almost unusable. I use this app every day for work and navigating the app now is almost impossible. Who thought this was a good idea?!

Back to window 95
This app was running fine, used to look modern and nice, now I don’t know what happened, but they updated the app with a look of windows 95.

New update completely ruined the whole easy experience, soo much more clicking and slow moving screens, just go back to the old software before, it was perfectly fine
Got even worse after last couple updates
The couple updates have been horrible. Software runs slower, is glitchy and there is overlap on screen. The format is not as user friendly and is more time consuming. More clicking and less swiping. It’s not as efficient. The map with pins is harder to read as well. The layout is horrible. Please go back to how it functioned before. Thx

Bad update
Revert back to the previous version, we can no longer copy text because apparently you have converted it to some sort of image. Check boxes were much easier to use than radio buttons. This new version is a joke all around

Go back go back go back! New update changed everything for worse. The app looks and feels like it’s under construction and in development. We were all content wit the last version pls go back and fix 🙏
App doesn’t open
After update, app stopped opening please fix this issue.
Map
Please add a map view similar to the tablet app. Like a little map icon next to the clip board the brings up the order pins on a map. It’s the biggest complaint I get about the Android version from our staff / drivers and would make this way more usable. :)
