Hi Ryan, we’re very sorry for the poor experience. In a large assembly, the iPhone microphone may pick up nearby audience voices more strongly than the main speaker, even when the room audio sounds loud. Please try placing the device closer to the speaker or room audio source. Using an external or directional microphone may also help in large rooms. We’re actively improving audio pickup for in-person events. If Transync AI didn’t meet your needs, we’re happy to help with a refund at any time. Please contact us at support@transyncai.com.
