Worst App I’ve Ever Used
Instructed ahead of downloading App to buy Tranzer transit tickets, but absolutely no way to add tickets to site after the fact. All instructions from outside sources are useless because the options they suggest aren’t even available on the site. There’s no search function or add ticket function at all. Not any kind of explanation as to why you create a profile because it won’t transfer from computer to phone.
Giant pain in the butt.
Hope at least the tickets work even if I can’t use the useless app.

Perfect for traveling in Germany
I bought the Deutschland Ticket with this app, using my US credit card, no German bank required. It worked well, allowing me to travel for weeks on the trains without issue.
Pretty painful to book
This is an app crying out for Apple Pay integration.

Unfortunately the app won’t let you book a trip. (Blackwattle bay to Barangaroo, I’ve been trying). It doesn’t show any trips available and you can’t create one.

Simple to use and quick response
You can search for the route and purchase tickets from there.
I used it at Amsterdam, everything worked fine.
I wish they support Apple Pay but it does not support Apple Pay, but you can use credit card.
When I first used it, it had issue with dark mode, but it got fixed like the next day I reported through the app. Very responsive dev team.

Does not work！
Take my money but did not give me any ticket !
I can’t load my credit card detail
Please fix this very basic step of using the app- if I can’t load the credit card or debit card details I can’t catch a ferry.
And there is no kiosk at Pyrmont Wharf so I consider this a total stuff up.

What Ferry
Caught the trial ferry from Blackwattle Bay to Barangaroo today, but not from the app which is useless. Doesn’t even have the ferry as an option. Instead rang the ferry and having just left Blackwattle Bay they turned around and picked us up. Great service, but the app not working is going to help bury this trial. Transdev- get another app provider.

On Demand Ferry booking service is terrible
The App is supposed to enable us to book the ferry services on demand. The app does not provide time’s available for booking consistently, and when it does show a time available for booking, it is not providing it to transdev when booked.
Pointless
This is supposed to be the app for a new on demand ferry in Sydney but it doesn’t show anywhere. I can see the ferry in the water but can’t book it !
Not good for on demand ferry
Pretty much useless for the new Sydney on demand ferry which is ironic because it is listed as the chosen app. Really no info on the ferry, no times and no tracking.

Your on-demand ferry trial was supposed to start on Monday and on Thursday the service still doesn’t appear on your app.
How do you expect people to take a ferry that doesn’t operate on a timetable if they can’t book it on your app?
Also, please restrict search results to nearby my location unless your ferry will actually take me to the Netherlands.

No ferry’s only bus or walking or car where is the ferry routes

To add to the ‘can’t find the ferry wharf all the trip values are in Euro!!!! This is the from end of your booking system, it needs to be correct!
Have to include wharf in order to get ferry
It’s incredibly frustrating that you have to specify say Blackwattle wharf in order to get the on demand service from Glebe. It won’t give you that option if you just type glebe. Get it together developers!
