Disappearing collection
I have uploaded my 65 KLM house collection twice now. Both times it has disappeared without any information on how to recover the collection. This is alot of time and effort to upload these houses. We fly Business class and look forward to this little reward and I’ve been able to check my collection to avoid duplicates. The app is there without content. So frustrating. I cannot find an email or phone number for assistance. I’m hesitant to reload my collection.

iCloud is not working
Although the app asks whether a connection to iCloud should be established to have the collection on all iOS devices it does not connect…
Need faster updates
Works well but the updates with the new house is slow
Add more 3D scans please
