Disappearing collection
I have uploaded my 65 KLM house collection twice now. Both times it has disappeared without any information on how to recover the collection. This is alot of time and effort to upload these houses. We fly Business class and look forward to this little reward and I’ve been able to check my collection to avoid duplicates. The app is there without content. So frustrating. I cannot find an email or phone number for assistance. I’m hesitant to reload my collection.
Does anybody know how to retrieve your collection on this application.?

iCloud is not working
Although the app asks whether a connection to iCloud should be established to have the collection on all iOS devices it does not connect…
Need faster updates
Works well but the updates with the new house is slow

Good App, but
The app provides great information on the real houses, and their location. Provides a good overview of available house. The only problem I have found is I can no longer mark the houses in my collection, which helps avoid duplicates.

Just started my collection and thus app gives me all I want. Very easy to add houses to “my collection” by phone photo or pick from lust

How do you add houses
This is the latest app and I have no clue on how to add a house - I have checked everywhere but still cannot find it - any idea ?

Great app, current version does allow you to track your collection. Simple- no need for instructions. I haven’t seen a video as described in App Store description.

Why of WHY did you remove the actual current photo of each house at its location? I really enjoyed seeing the house as it is now, in 2017. I am very, very sad that the picture is no longer on the site...or am I not looking/clicking on the correct spot? Please let me know if I am somehow missing the link!

Almost Perfect, Bring Back Favorites
This app update was almost perfect, except you took away favorites! This feature helped keep me out of trouble at home, I simply referenced the favorites she created and would always return home with the houses she desired most!
Useful, but I wish it could display favorites-only
This is a useful app, I use it every flight and especially like the map feature. A good addition would be the ability to filter the list and display only those houses marked as Favorites (starred).

I have collected KLM houses for years and this app seems to have consolidated everything I love about them. I can see what I have and what's missing, but the absolute best thing is I can see where the houses are on a real map and there are the real life pictures of each one - amazing! Only not given 5 stars because when you go back to the map it zooms right back out again - would be a good thing to fix in next version

For the iPad, it's useless!
The description states this works on the iPad as well, but it does not: only viewable in one direction, house images are sliced off at top and bottom, buttons for photographs or collection ticking do not work. Maybe on iPhones, but not on my iPad with latest OS (December 2014)

KLM Houses app
This app does not work at all on my 3rd gen iPad running IOS 8.02; however, it's fine on my iPhone 4 under 7.1.2; most disappointing!
Seems like broken at the moment
Using this app now for a few years, and I like it. But seems like that recently is got broken: can’t increase / update the houses I recently got. Can it be that IOs 8 broke it? Needs to be fixed !!
