Needs to work in landscape mode for an IPAD
Be good if this could be in landscape mode for iPad user who use a keyboard. Otherwise it’s unusable.

Cannot get into the app, Doesn’t recognise password - when I reset it it still doesn’t recognise it but takes me back to desktop site.

Missed Customers?
Can’t log on to the ‘new improved’ app despite changing password. Can log on via a browser with that new password, not the new app.

This app is no good at all. It constantly tells me there is no one staying in my property when I know there is
Fantastic App
I personally absolutely love the app as it allows me to see a clear summary of what’s going on with my property, all the contact details I need and updates on my payments which is always nice to see!
Broken
When it worked it was really useful. Now it doesn’t work - fails to load bookings even after deletion and reinstall. So currently it’s useless.
Rubbish
Often won’t refresh, often won’t load & incorrect data. Yet another disappointing service for the 20% we pay

Ok, sort of. Real question is “Does it make my life easier as a Holiday let owner? On balance, marginally. Fine for adding owner bookings when it’s working, but pretty glitchy. Shame it doesn’t have an external api for connecting to property managers.
Poor app
Doesn’t update...sometimes all the data disappears... sometimes completely blank, so have to delete and reinstall. Just use TC website. Please sort it!
Income summary would be good
Good for checking booking details. Would be great to have an income tally so that you could see how much you’re going to make for the year (based on current bookings)
Unreliable!
This app does not seem to update, and therefore does not reliably show bookings, which is meant to be its primary purpose. Totally useless.
Trouble
Trouble loading data. Trouble refreshing bookings. Sometimes it works - more often it doesn’t. Please sort out the glitches, TC.

Patchy performance
When it works the app is useful. But..it often doesn’t reflect up to date bookings - one time I therefore turned up to use the cottage myself only to find guests there! And currently it’s not loading at all. I’ve deleted and reinstalled every day this week but still nothing
Doesn’t update
Come on Travel Chapter get it sorted! Sometimes it updates, sometimes it doesn’t and sometimes (like now), the screen shows nothing and I have to delete the app and reinstall. You charge owners high enough commission to warrant a better app.
Waste of my time
This app doesn’t even open now. I need information about bookings easily so I can respond and can’t even open the app. Previously, I was having issues with adding bookings. Now it doesn’t even open. Waste - of - time 😠
