Owners services is rubbish

My only complaint is no messages get answered, had damage months ago, no security deposits being taken so no money back for the issue. Description hasn’t been updated since I asked it to be 6 months ago. Owner services are rubbish. Thought I would give you guys a far go since the merge but I am deeply disappointed and thankfully happy I am selling up this year so won’t need to deal with this.
