Avoid at all costs! you speak to members online but no one wants to meet. You get asked for “Jumio” a supposed travel identity card that you apparently need to present on trips to prove your a member. You apparently have to get it via a link it takes you to a dodgy looking web page linked to adult sites asking for your card details for supposed travel squad membership subscription and “Jumio clearance” which appeared to have be set up by fraudsters. Sadly I’ve learnt the hard way I do not trust anything online anymore.

Unfortunately this wasn’t what I hoped it to be I suffered bullying and exclusion on a trip I did as well as online harassment by other TTS members I also got scammed by a link for a event that wasn’t even legit. I reported it to the safeguarding team but nothing ever got done about it. Really put me off ever doing anything with the travel squad again.

Great travel concept turned app
Been with the Travel Squad facebook group since 2021 and so excited to see that the app is finally live!! Everything you could ever need to make travel friends all in one place. The guys behind the Travel Squad have done a fantastic job on this one and it’s definitely not one you want to miss for your next adventure🤙🏽
