Unfortunately this wasn’t what I hoped it to be I suffered bullying and exclusion on a trip I did as well as online harassment by other TTS members I also got scammed by a link for a event that wasn’t even legit. I reported it to the safeguarding team but nothing ever got done about it. Really put me off ever doing anything with the travel squad again.

Joined Travel Squad May 2021 what a impact this group has had on my life, I have met so many nice friendly people some I call my best friends now and the adventures, trips, social gatherings I have been on is unbelievable. 1000% recommend, new fav app
This app is so incredibly helpful for connecting with others while traveling! Traveling solo as a woman can feel scary but this app has let me find others who want to travel to the same places as I do and talk with them / plan beforehand so I’m not alone or worried. I’ve been to so many new places and def would recommend, wish I had this app years ago!

everything is super buggy and nobody is active. lots of better alternatives out there.
Changed my life!
I joined The Travel Squad when I moved back home during Covid when I realised I no longer had any local friends around me! Since joining, I’ve got an incredible group of friends locally, have been on 17 trips in Europe and Africa with people I’ve met through the community and hosted around 80 hikes! Highly recommend joining but give it time - met lots of people and see who you vibe with!

Game changer!
If you’re desperate to get out, travel, create new memories and meet new people then this app is amazing! The travel squad changed my life a few years ago and I’ve made so many new friends all over the world. It’s so good to have a platform for like minded people who want to try new activities and that are up for the same things I am. Big credit to the founders for building what started as a Facebook group into a whole app where we can all connect easily. Can’t wait for many more years of insane trips!

Great app and community
Before the app launched we was all part of this Facebook community. Ive been a member in travel squad for last 4 years and probably enjoyed the best part of my life with this community. This group of ppl have changed my life considerably as ive made lifelong friends and went to places I've never been and did activities that i thought I'd never do in my lifetime.
In terms of the app, its well thought out and any bugs that do arise the team works on fixing them straight away. The app is Amazing as you can book onto trips, make group chats called "squads" similar to the ones on whatsapp group chats where you can discuss plans, topics and travel too, you can also make squads for arranging events and you'll definitely get a plethora of ppl willing to join those events and have a good time. Similar to Facebook you'll have a "for you" page where everyone uploads thier status and events they are planning on so you can interact and join them if you like. You have your own profile page where you can upload your travel pics, stories and add and follow ppl too. You can also vouch for them aswell for future trips.
My advice is that take the leap of faith and join the community, you wont regret it i promise ❤️

Amazing app for people that love traveling
TTS really opened up some amazing opportunities for me. As someone who’s always wanted to travel beyond Europe, this is what made that happen. This app is a really great way of finally getting to go to the places you’ve always dreamed of going to with some of the best people out there.
For a travel community, this app was needed and boy is it good! You can make your own posts sharing trips you’d like to plan that just need more people, you can join others trips, you can see who’s around you and who’s down for something fun, the options are endless.

Best app for travelers
TTS is one of the best things to happen to me as a solo traveler. The community and connectedness they offer is one of a kind. I couldn’t recommend downloading and meeting up with people more!
