App freezes for no reason, when calling the voice message asks for options that you should select with numbers but the app does not allow that. When it froze, I tried to install again and forgot my password. There is no way I can retrieve my password so now I can not log in at all. And I’m here trying to call to get a medical appointment for my son. Definitely lots of room for improvement!
