Works Fantastic! Simple! (March 2026)
Had for about a week now.
I just opened up an account with Traveling Mailbox. Due to all the negative reviews I expected that I would delete the app. Not at all!
I can tell you now - this app is fantastic!
• Simplistic UI (the touchscreen elements you interact with to engage the app and do things)
• Simplistic UX (tap here, to get here, to do that) super simple
• Simple Process to look, scan, delete, shred your mail… in the following way → (I’m breaking down the 7 steps below, but this literally takes 1-3 seconds.. 6 seconds if your slow or touch screen illiterate:
step 1: you automatically get a pop up notification on your phone screen when new mail has arrived
step 2: open the app
step 3: images of your mail are now staring at you (tap on them to expand them and read)
step 4: underneath the original smaller image is the “ACTIONS” button
step 5: to scan, delete, shred.. tap the “ACTIONS” button
step 6: after tapping action button, new options appear: scan, shred, delete.. etc.
step 7: if you choose scan, wait a day or so for your scan to appear
Optional: on the top right is a folder 📁 icon.. tap on it, from there you create more folders so you can place your scanned mail in there and have it all organized and to pull up in the future if you need it.
I HIGHLY recommend this app as it stands right now in March 2026 guaranteed ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Avoid at all costs! Terrible app, even worse service.
This business fails to deliver anything they advertise. The app, website, who or whatever sorts the mail you receive and what is considered junk mail and rejected, the customer service will strictly lie to you, and the higher up the chain you go, the worse the failures become.
President Travis Poole is, at best, a proudly amoral middleman. Will happily close your account without warning if you try to get what you’ve paid for.
TM doesn’t have storefronts or employees on location and refuse to admit they use subcontractors. (You can check the address they’ve sold you for yourself.) When they mishandle your mail or account, TM just says it never happened because of what they’re SUPPOSED to do. You know, all the reasons you chose to give them your money. They don’t quality control what they ACTUALLY do. Travis Poole doesn’t stand behind his business practices and will weaponize his ignorance and incompetence. This grift is not worth your money.
They will flag appropriate but negative Google reviews for removal, gaslight you through BBB to run out the clock so that BBB will mark the complaint as “resolved.” Anything but accept accountability for their clear and constant failings. I have seen advertisements disguised as a review (on Reddit etc.) and so much deception in advertising, that I genuinely believe the majority of positive reviews on Google are also fake/incentivized.
Use any service but Traveling Mailbox. Even no service, is better than TM. Literally anything but Traveling Mailbox.

Needs a refresh
While it’s nice to be able to select stored forwarding addresses, the app needs an easy to use default address. Additionally, it is way too easy to send a shipment to the wrong stored address, especially after creating a new address.
Love the logo
The logo makes me feel happy and I get excited when I have a mail notification. The app is decent, I would like to see a redesigned menu when you select a mail item it’s quite bulky. Also, you can’t pan around in a scan photo (think pinch to zoom). Fix these two things and the app will be excellent !!!

App crashes on iPhone 15 Pro
Outstanding service and outstanding app until I got an iPhone 15 Pro. Now the app crashes as soon as it’s opened. Even after reinstalling, it just crashes.
Hopefully they’re aware of this and will promptly issue a fix.
