DO NOT USE! SCAM!
Do not use this service. It is an utter scam. They do not do any actual logistics themselves, but hire FedEx. Yet have no ability to actually direct FedEx in anyway. My bag was lost because they delivered it to a random ice cream store. They did not contact me, they did not honor my request to hold the bag. They delivered my bag to an unknown ice cream store, and were unable to help in any way whatsoever. I implore you, do not use this service! Avoid at all costs.

No tracking
I have used a few times in the past without issue, but this time around, had no tracking for the return leg from Isle of Man, the app has never worked on my iPhone either
