Worse than dealing with airlines
You need 10-14 days lead time to complete the paperwork and securing your bag. But don’t change your mind, there is no cash refund. It was a one time emergency situation & I no longer have a need for the service. So I lost $100 to this sneaky scheme

Cannot even log in. Tried deleting and reinstalling… same result. Why advertise for an app that does not work? Useless.

App doesn’t even work. They want to make you pay extra for text message updates on your parcel but the app is free. You download the app and it doesn’t work. Just keeps saying “error”. Restart app. Same thing. Delete and re download the app same thing. Great.
Unable to register
Have tried so many times to register with this app but it won’t let me. Keeps giving me an error message. I’ve tried different ways and nothing. Had to use a different company to ship my suitcases.

The app doesn’t let you login anymore, it worked for a couple of days now stopped. The functionality to send a photo of boxes to receive additional £50 protection per bag also only worked on my iPad, phone wouldn’t open the camera. Now it doesn’t let me log in at all directly on any device, so it’s useless

Can’t even design an app with the basics
Come on - “error occurred” when I try to register, zero explanation? Waste of time.
Annoying app
Tried registering a few times. The pop-up box keeps saying Error Occurred.
Expensive
Idiots wanted £237 to send a 20kg duffle bag to the Isle of Man from NW England, that’s twice the cost it was to get me and my motorcycle there and back, and the app don’t work, useless.
Not very useful
This app works fine but it doesn’t need to exist. The only thing you can do with it is see tracking information for your shipment - which you also can get from the website of the shipping co., such as DHL. For anything else you need to use the Send My Bag website instead.
If you care about your time and money, avoid Sendmybag
The worst company ever. Sendmybag didn’t deliver my bag. I lost a lot of money and time trying to solve the problem that this quasi-company wasn’t able to solve
If it would only work
Each time you hit a tab i.e., “send a bag”, it will kick you out of the app. Not the most reliable app and if you look at the last update, you can tell the company does not prioritize the App experience for the consumer.

Hidden fees
Watch out on the hidden fees after the delivery. Poor customer service and no transparency. It ends up being more expensive than paying overweight.
Christmas and clothless.
Send my bag only get it right 50% of the time, and they don’t guarantee anything, I have sent 2 bags with them at the same time, 1 delivered as promised the other 7 days late with no apology, and not an ounce of customer care. Think carefully if you are sending luggage ahead of a holiday, you may have to send 3 weeks in advance.
