Could not use voucher
Had to change ticket. This was straight forward ish but the voucher I could not use.
Useless
Website is great and easy to use. The app is totally useless for what I wanted it for (airport to downtown). Only seemed to work for tickets between major cities.
Doesn’t work
Crashes as soon as you search a bus route, the app doesn’t work as simple as that...

Useless app. Crashes every time I try to make a booking. Their website is just as bad.

Huge issue
Says you are currently logged in as .... would you like to log in as a different user.
Clicking no takes you back to the booking page in an infinite loop
Clicking ok signs you out and if you sign back in you are back in the infinite loop
