28day bus, tram, train
App is confusing and I can no longer seem to buy a 28 day pass for bus,tram,train. Most of the machines I’ve tried used in person are non functioning too
Probably the worst app I have ever used
The website and app send you round in circles with both listing various tickets but neither letting you purchase anything other than day tickets (which I can buy on the bus). Bought a smart card thinking that might help. It didn’t. Finally managed to buy a weekly ticket that I can use on both bus companies from a machine in town and add it to the app only to discover that I still need to use the smart card. What is the point of the app?

It’s only showing two types I’ve reinstalled this twice I’ve tried buying on the website but it redirects me to the app I ordered a new card and it still won’t work
What’s the purpose of this app
There’s soo many bugs and errors in this app, is it even legit? I was looking to buy a ticket for entire South Yorkshire or check distance and busses/trains needed but it’s so useless. You can’t buy a ticket in the app, you can’t check distance and tickets needed, you can download it only to uninstall it after few minutes. 🤦♂️
I like the idea of the app but
I have a problem understanding how this app supposed to work and what tickets I need to travel.
To fix the problem you might need to completely remove this app and create new one, easy and simple to use.
