Inaccurate information was listed, you can not adjust it in your end. Low quality bookings at really low value. Unfortunately their strategy did not align with mine nor my long term values

Where are the travellers
Considering all the platforms my property is on with Travelnest why am I struggling to get bookings!!!! Booking.com are the only ones I have had bookings from and the last time I had a booking was back in June?
Can’t update app
Im unable to open the app as it says it’s out of date, but im unable to update it so can’t access my accounts.
No support
No support options , calendar not working properly, messages with customers not coming through.

I cannot block or clear dates when guests change plans and Travelnest has my dates blocked when. Nobody will be here and free when I have a booking.

Bad app. Bad customer service.
Can’t adjust pricing in the app and customer services are too rude to do it for me. I will be closing my account after the last booking is complete.
Rip off please avoid
Travelnest changing me a host cancellation fee when calendars are sync. Too much problems with them so please avoid
Difficult to use
This app is such a clumpy one! I cannot find where to change the price of our property, how to amend availability dates, how to get in touch with anybody!! And at first to get you on board they are VERY attentive then as soon as you are signed up they disappear!

Clunky App lacking features
App very clunky. Lacks essential features such as automated messages. Calendar not working as expected & lost my personal details! Unimpressed & will be calling today & if not resolved I will be leaving
Too much commission is charged
Not worth it. The commissions taken by all platforms make the fee to hosts very low.
