Refund & flight cancelled
Totally useless my flight cancelled due to Middle East situation chasing them since 03.03.2026 nothing hearing back asking from them refund no reply not picking calls

I have booked my ticket of Qatar Airways via Travelup.
They have changed my ticket to a layeover of 9+hours due to middle east conflict.
Eventhough my original flight is still available, when i am tring to book a Transit Accommodation. Website tells me i have been registered as a child , aged under 15 ( what a joke , do they want to abondon me on airport for 9hours)
I am losing my patience over them.

Very poor & third class service
Do not buy tickets from this website. My experience was very bad.
I booked a flight through them, but it was cancelled. This was not my fault, yet their customer service did not respond properly. I tried contacting them many times, but there was no help or clear communication.

Stay away from this agency , its a 100% scam , you will regret if you going to book tickets from this company, they don’t follow any rules and regulations of uk government, i registered a legal complaint against them for looting my money

I never did an review for anyone but travelup make me force to review them
Their services are very very worst and they help center are even worst they don’t pick up calls in working hours and all time computer speaks and they wasted my 2 hours on call while saying that you are in queue number 1 please hold
That’s make me frustrated and i would not recommend their services to anyone
