Refund & flight cancelled
Totally useless my flight cancelled due to Middle East situation chasing them since 03.03.2026 nothing hearing back asking from them refund no reply not picking calls

I have booked my ticket of Qatar Airways via Travelup.
They have changed my ticket to a layeover of 9+hours due to middle east conflict.
Eventhough my original flight is still available, when i am tring to book a Transit Accommodation. Website tells me i have been registered as a child , aged under 15 ( what a joke , do they want to abondon me on airport for 9hours)
I am losing my patience over them.

Very poor & third class service
Do not buy tickets from this website. My experience was very bad.
I booked a flight through them, but it was cancelled. This was not my fault, yet their customer service did not respond properly. I tried contacting them many times, but there was no help or clear communication.

Stay away from this agency , its a 100% scam , you will regret if you going to book tickets from this company, they don’t follow any rules and regulations of uk government, i registered a legal complaint against them for looting my money

Their services are very very worst and they help center are even worst they don’t pick up calls in working hours and all time computer speaks and they wasted my 2 hours on call while saying that you are in queue number 1 please hold

Unusable app
The app prompts you to add your trips to your account by “using the plus button below” however there is no plus button on that page, or any of the other pages.
This means you can’t track or manage your flights through the app - its entire advertised functionality.

DONT USE THEM
Absolute joke, can’t get through to customer service, website and app is useless. Doesn’t even recognise the booking ref half the time. Sure there flights are slightly cheaper than others, but I’d say pay a bit more so don’t have to put up with the headache
Worst Experience
I’m not sure if this was my mistake but my experience with this app has been extremely disappointing. If you run into any issue, don’t expect any support. The customer service is terrible — their contact number does not work, and emails receive no response.
Overall, this has been one of the worst service experiences I’ve had with an app. I would not recommend downloading or using it.

Utter disappointment
I have never left review for anyone but this needs to be done for people to know and be aware what they get into. Specially students as they have their hard earned money being put in it. So i had my sister book tickets for me and it got booked for a wrong day and i called then within 10 secs to just stop n cancel it. First it took me and hour and a half to reach them and then they tell me if it is generated it means you will be charge £75 and in addition to it a £25 which was service charged while booking. I called them within 10secs of realising and because it took and hour to reach them it got generated and i am charged a £100 for booking a £350 flight. I have had such incident earlier with other company and they were kind enough to not deduct a penny from it cz i made a call right away and these guys well. They have left a hole in my pocket because of which now i can no longer travel on the given date cz well i have to work ahifts in and out to be able to pay. Deleted my account with them and never booking any flight again even if it shows cheaper with these guys. Left me with stress and trauma.

AFTER BOOKING, AN ERROR WILL APEAR ABOUT GDS SOMETHING THAT IS NOT UPDATED BUT STILL YOUR BANK WILL STILL BE DEDUCTED! AND IF YOU TRY TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY WILL ASK YOU FIRST WHAT’S YOUR CONCERN. AND IF YOU TELL THEM THAT IT’S ALL ABOUT YOUR BOOKING NOT PUSHING THROUGH, THEY WILL IMMEDIATELY FORWARD YOU TO VOICE AUTOMATED AND PUT YOU ON A FOREVER CUE.

Worst company to deal with
Really bad service and no response even after chasing multiple times, really pathetic

I never leave reviews, but this company has been awful. Flight changes of over 23 hours with a refusal of a refund. Basically said, unlucky email the airline, it’s got nothing to do with us and we’re zero help. After being forced to accept the flight changes it still hasn’t updated on the App 3 days later. I’ve just tried to ring the urgent phone number as my check-in won’t work and other flight info hasn’t updated and it goes straight to a voicemail which then says ‘inbox full’. Please explain how that’s an urgent phone line ?? The worst company I’ve booked through by far.

I had a very frustrating experience with TravelUp. I was kept on hold for almost 1 hour just to speak with someone from customer support. And when the call was finally answered, the agent just said "hello" and then disconnected the callwithout any follow-up or callback.
This kind of service is completely unacceptable, especially when customers are already stressed while dealing with travel-related issues. Wasting an hour of someone’s time and then abruptly hanging up is highly unprofessional. TravelUp really needs to improve their customer support standards. Very disappointed!

Unprofessional Rude customer service team They are fraud
This online travel agency having very unprofessional rude customer service .They publish different thing on website but when you ask them for adjustment they refuse and said its our product do what ever you want we are not going to give you anything.i don’t recommend.please be-aware.
Tried to charge more than quoted
This site is a mess. I made a reservation for a. 2 night stay, total was $686. When I finally got my cc to work it tried to charge my card $914. I tried again and it did the same thing. I give up

The app is useless and hopeless, I wish I had booked via trip.com, atleast it recognises your details and booking and you can make changes, this travelup app needs to be worked on by someone who is not so incompetent

Don’t use Travelup
Do not use TravelUp. Save yourself money and hassle by booking directly. When the airline cancelled my flight, TravelUp failed to notify me and then refused to book me onto an alternative flight, despite there being many options available on the same airline. When I asked for a refund, they charged me £80 in fees. I'm now 3 months into the dispute. The next step will be court.

Absolutely rubbish service. I booked a flight in night and in the morning booking was canceled. I called them several times they dropped my call or didn’t pickup. No one is there to listen. These people are frauds do not book form them.
