Login page password restricted to 10 chars
I love the idea of the app but it was completely unusable (on IOS) because I couldn’t get past the login page. Turns out, the box for entering a password is restricted to 10 characters and my password is longer than that.
Please adjust security code requirements
I’m revising my review because the app has been updated and the security code issue fixed. It’s a great app now! I love being able to pay my bill so easily and have a record of previous payments at my fingertips. This has really simplified things. Great work, y’all!!

I just downloaded the app and it looks great: clean, simple, usable. When I logged in it had all my info just like it does online. However, I was unable to pay my bill because the app is requiring a 4-digit security code for my card. My card’s security code is only 3 digits. Online, my 3-digit security code works fine. I think this should be a simple adjustment on the app. I hope it’s soon fixed because I really like the design and usability of the app!
