Trega- Florist Delivery

We’ve made several updates to Trega to give drivers better directions, reduce unnecessary steps, and provide dispatchers with better visibility into every route. 1. New Route Modes — Drive or Walk Trega now supports both Drive and Walk modes for directions. This is especially useful in downtown areas, campuses, hospitals, large complexes, and other locations where the final portion of a delivery may be easier on foot. 2. Voice Commands Can Be Disabled Drivers can now turn off Voice Commands in the Trega app when they prefer to navigate without voice interaction. 3. Skip Recipient Details with Proof of Delivery Drivers can now skip collecting the recipient’s signature, name, and other recipient details. When this option is enabled, a Proof of Delivery photo is required. Currently, this setting applies to the entire route. A future version will allow it to be determined by the destination type or attribute — for example, automatically skipping a signature for deliveries to a funeral home while still requiring one for other destinations. 4. Improved GPS Accuracy with Delivery Access Points Trega routing now goes beyond simply identifying the GPS location of a building or residence. Where available, we use a specific Access Point to direct the driver toward the appropriate entrance, loading dock, driveway, or designated delivery access point. This is particularly helpful for large buildings, complexes, hospitals, campuses, and properties where the street address alone may not lead a driver to the correct entrance. 5. Doorman Status Included in Routes Routes now display the Doorman Status for each recipient when applicable, giving drivers useful delivery information before they arrive at the destination. 6. Route Status Tracking The Routes view now tracks route status, giving dispatchers better visibility into the progress of each route and helping the shop monitor deliveries throughout the day. Together, these updates make Trega more flexible for drivers while giving the shop better visibility and control over the delivery process.
