The app does not work anymore. After a few rides it goes down. I cannot add a card nor remove one. This is 2nd time I have to delete my whole account. Hopefully it works.

App won’t send OTP to reset password
I’ve had two main issues with this app.
1. I got logged out and forgot my password. When I try to reset my password, the app tells me it’s sending an OTP to my phone, but it never arrives. This might be because the SMS is being marked as spam by phone carriers. So you might want to check on that.
2. Before I got logged out, the app rejected my payment method, even though the payment method has more than enough money to cover the charge necessary for the ride.
fixing these two issues I would be happy to give you guys a five star review. Before I encountered these, the app was working very well.

Issue Adding A New Card
This app is great and helps me with my disabled family member, however I lost my debit card and replaced it. When the card arrives, I go into the app’s settings feature and try to add a new card and I keep getting a “Hold On: Payment Failed” feature. It’s super frustrating and I reached out to customer service for help and no one has replied. Such a shame.

Took my money
I added my card , yall took out $1 twice to verify card , then when I called yall took my money out but said my card declined . Contacted the number NOBODY ANSWERS. I’m thinking my money will refund BUT NO IT POSTED TO MY ACCOUNT TWICE . HORRIBLE

App complications
The app was working just fine when first downloaded. When it works it’s perfect but now it won’t load and says can’t connect to server. I even tried deleting and re downloading the app and the same issue.

Trek World is great !
I needed a transport for my last minute doctors appointment, and downloaded the Trekit app booked a ride and it was there n minutes ! My return was so easy I just pressed 1 and my vehicle which was Lincoln Navigator arrived in minutes with out rebooking a ride or waiting !!!!

Cancelled ride 10 minutes AFTER pickup time
Our first time using the app we booked WEEKS in advance. The day of, we received multiple texts and calls from an automated machine stating a ten minute time frame in which we’d be picked up. We need a wheelchair accessible van and were informed we would get one. Time passed and ten minutes AFTER the ten minute time frame they gave us, we received a text stating the ride had been cancelled. We called multiple times trying to get ahold of the company but only ever received an automated voicemail that hung up after telling us the ride was cancelled. We had to reach out to our insurance company who helped us with booking the ride and are currently STILL waiting to get this mess sorted. This ride was needed for a necessary medical appointment. This treatment is unacceptable and ridiculous. I warn any and all against using this app and this company.
