Love this app

One of my favorites

Poor communication and 1 month shipping delay

I placed my order almost a month ago, well before Chinese New Year. When I started asking why it hadn’t shipped, I was told the warehouse was closed for Chinese New Year. However, they have now been open for over two weeks, and my order is still not shipped.

Every day I contact customer support, and every day I hear a new excuse about why the order hasn’t been sent. The only “solution” they offer is to wait, which I have already been doing for weeks.

A supervisor even told me on March 2nd that the order would ship on March 8th, but now it’s March 10th and there is still no shipment and no update. The supervisor has also stopped responding completely.

To make matters worse, the only compensation they offered was $20 on a wholesale order, which is extremely disappointing considering the inconvenience and the amount of time wasted. Instead of offering something reasonable like express shipping or a proper solution, they expect customers to just keep waiting.

I have been placing orders with this company for over 2 years, and unfortunately I keep facing the same issues over and over again. For a company of this size, the customer support and problem resolution are far below acceptable standards. Very frustrating and disappointing experience

I want to like this app but

I really want to like this app bc I like the concept of drop shipping but I have an order for a customer pending right now and I cannot get to it to pay. I also have a few orders I paid for that hasn’t shipped yet. The standard for my shop is lightening fast shipping and several weeks shipping is unacceptable for me. I have ordered wholesale so I can have in stock and ship myself but even my wholesale orders have not shipped yet. And bc I cannot get on the app I don’t know how to reach customer support. When I go to the web version it tells me to go to the app. Unfortunately I cannot have this for my business. I need to find a new reliable drop shipper or wholesale.

Not bad

So far the apps pretty good for a business owner, however there’s a glitch that sometimes won’t allow me to pay for my customers orders, it takes me to this loading page then takes me right back to orders as if nothing happened

Run around

Every time I try to add a product to my store it asks me to connect my store and install the app.

Shout out to Dave the customer service guy when I say he knew everything that I didn’t. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed completed. Thank you once again Dave and Trendsi!

100% unreliable

So the very first order I put in they failed to fulfill because their inventory is in accurate on the app. It says they’re in stock but once you order it, you only find out is not in stock. I order two pairs of leggings and one pair they didn’t even have in the warehouse when it says on the app and the site they’re in stock in inventory. I had to reach out to customer service just to find out that they don’t even have the item in any of their warehouses to fulfill my order. The first impression is the strongest that’s why I’m leaving them with one star because they can’t even fulfill a simple order.

Perfectly fine to use app

Trendsi is the future. And here we are.

I have been searching far and wide for such a ground breaking platform like Trendsi for years! I started out in e-commerce at a young age and kind of brushed it off because it just didn’t fit my lifestyle and income and wasn’t fees-able at the time. Now that we’re here in the future and drop shipping has become to streamlined … Trendsi really set the bar high with how they operate and how they take the risk and give such amazing reward to their client base. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for your existence on this planet. It’s been nothing but a pleasure. They have an Amazing customer support team as well! I just made a new friend Joel from their team that was so on point and positive and wonderful to talk to. It really feels like a family and I’m so happy to be apart of this new venture in my life. Glitching

The app is glitching as I’m trying to find products to place in my store. The page is scrolling uncontrollably by its self. Very annoying ! Also Trendsi needs to choose better looking items a lot their clothes is ugly and old fashion like. Adding more items that look like fashion from fashion nova or wholesale7 would be great especially in todays era!

Customer Service very helpful!

I used the chat feature to ask questions about my business integration and related to the returns process and Czar was super helpful. I appreciate being able to talk to a human when the chat bots and faqs are just not enough. Thanks Czar!

Pretty good

The quality of clothes is good. Pretty trendy, but coulstill have styles that appeal to younger crowd. A bit pricey. Shipping has been over 10 days in a lot of cases.

Refunds for Damages

Refunds for damages or defective items are a breeze. Gretle was super helpful with the process and thankfully we have had very minimal damaged items with a few hundred orders placed.

Fast Shipping

I’ve used quite a few other dropshipping services, but Trendsi’s shipping has been the fastest and most reliable so far

Terrible Shipping/Processing

While this company has amazing products and a great variety I am completely disappointed at the processing and shipping times. The first order placed by a customer over a month ago now still has not processed and shipped and my wholesale order has been delayed multiple times to the point where I’m having to order from a completely different vendor in order to even still do my events coming up. I’m completely disappointed and heartbroken as I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on this order just to have to spend hundreds more somewhere else. The ONLY redeeming quality is the customer support agents who genuinely try to help. I’m in the process of removing their products from my store and going with a different vendor as this has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Again the customer support agents have done their best to make it right but at this point with the lack of communication, and having to spend hundreds out of pocket to make my events I’m not sure I want to continue business with this company.
