Cab assigned late leads to late pickup
Happened with me twice, where the cab was assigned late and so the driver said he will be 40 mins late. The customer service is horrible.

Worst experience ever even Ola & uber have better customer support I booked cab for 11:00 am the driven called me at 10:40 am saying he will be late by 1 hr when I called customer support they didn’t picked my intentionally 25 times eventually I asked the driver to call the customer support to cancel my ride and he helped me..

Using Trev for business visits and even for clients - amazing way to do business while using Trev as mobility
Paid Rs 220 for toll but driver said I have paid for it
I booked Trev for pick up from airport. Paid Rs 220 in advance separate for Dwarka toll. But driver said he never received those instructions and didn’t take toll route. There was no option in the app to prove that I have paid for toll while the trip was in progress. Later when the invoice got generated toll payment was there. Now customer care is not paying the refund of Rs 220 back. I don’t expect this from Naveen’s company.

Fraud Cabs Company
I booked a Delhi Agra return trip for ₹10,500, but later the driver demanded ₹13,700, which is unacceptable. The driver was rude and ignored my requests. He refused to stop at the correct pickup/drop location even though other cars were stopping there, forcing us to cross the road at night, which was very risky. He also played loud music while my wife was sleeping and ignored repeated requests to turn it off. Very unsafe and unprofessional service. Do not recommend.

I pre-book a cab a day in advance and the driver never showed up. The helpline number kept promising that the driver will come. I would suggest you don't use these guys.
