App is ok
The interface isn’t very intuitive, especially compared to other banking apps I use. For example, it isn’t very straightforward on how to deposit a check; when you do get to that part, it isn’t very clear how to accept the photo (hint: there are 3 buttons but you have to press the middle button twice to accept the photo—-not intuitive at all)

Old school
Old school online banking portal. A small bank with less than 5 branches require a company ID and User ID.

Cumbersome
All my other banking apps use Face ID. Not only does this one not do that but makes you enter a code in addition to your password. You also have to change your password too often.
Awful
The app is good when it works, but it doesn’t work half the time
