Every since they updated this app it has crashed so many times. I never had this many problems with the app before they update!

I donβt understand why they greenlit this app update. Itβs worse than before. The scrolling is very choppy, not smooth at all. I feel like the UI is worse than before, not as easy to read and use. I also had to re-enroll in Zelle for whatever reason. The app was fine as it was, the most they should have done is very light visual modernization. This feels like a step backwards unfortunately. Great bank though!

This update is trash. I had no problems until now. The app wonβt accept any password I make based on the 12 digit code required.
Update is a complete disaster
Whoever approved this new version of the Tri City app should be embarrassed. Itβs a complete trainwreck. I canβt log in, canβt view my balance, canβt do anything except stare at an βunexpected errorβ message. Before this so-called upgrade, the app worked just fine β now itβs totally useless.
Itβs pathetic that a bank handling peopleβs money canβt manage a functioning app. Iβve tried every fix under the sun β reinstalling, password resets, browser logins β and still nothing. Meanwhile, customer service just says βtry again later.β Yeah, Iβve been βtrying laterβ for days.
Tri City should be ashamed of rolling out this garbage without testing it properly. This isnβt an upgrade β itβs a full system failure. If this is the best they can do, it makes me question how they handle anything behind the scenes.

i canβt log into my account
i waited for the update and tried to log into my account and itβs telling me i have to make a new password. alright fine. fill out a few things and it only says unable to find my information therefore i canβt make a new password THEREFORE i canβt log into my account?? absurd.
Pure garbage
Can't access my account on the app or online. Best part is getting an email telling you there's a message for you on the app. Why not just say what you needed on the email? Leave it to some engineer to mess up something that was working. To bad musk doesn't buy tri city and fire 80% of the idiots like he did with twitter

Updated Version
The updated version of the mobile app and the online banking unfortunately are not an upgrade from the previous versions. They lack transaction details and are less user friendly. The reason for a mobile app is for quick transaction details on the go. The new app does not provide this. I am disappointed with the choice that Tri City made to βupgradeβ.

I canβt tell where my transactions are from with the new update :/ I used to be able to see at least what the withdrawal was for and now it doesnβt show me. Bummer.

I canβt wrap my head around how a bank manages to take down both their website and mobile app at the same time. How do you expect customers to manage their accounts or even see their balance? Calling this a βdigital upgradeβ is insulting β itβs a complete system shutdown. Whoever planned this rollout clearly didnβt test or think it through. Itβs 2025, and somehow this bank is operating like itβs 1999. Fix this fast or expect to lose customers, because this is beyond unacceptable.
