Terrible app for a terrible train
Try to buy a ticket on this app because sometimes their kiosks don’t work properly and also we are in the 21st century and should be able to do everything electronically. Address box requires drop down menu to be fully filled on checkout and only allows for addresses Miami, FL; Miami, OH; etc.
Every other train in the world allows tap your CC and ride not sure why Tri Rail refuses to update especially when in direct competition with brightline, a much better product.

Can’t purchase tickets
This app is okay. It’s great to track but you can’t purchase through it. Making it harder for people to just purchase a simple ticket.
App doesn’t work
The App has flaws that freezes on the payment method screen and it just comes up blank. Unable to function as designed, very disappointing for what seems like an easy fix. Lazy and incompetent designers, do better.
Trash
This app is trash and pointless. Horrible user interface as well as app functionality! You’ll end up putting card details in twice before the app accepts it! When you can. Tri-rail or complain they suck too! Overall horrible through and through
Glitchy
This app will charge your card and tell you your transaction wasn’t processed and they don’t refund your money afterwards. They have done this to me with Venmo 3 times and I had to be embarrassed and argue with security because they think I’m just trying to ride for free.
Crashes
The app crashes when you want to view the purchased tickets. It's been like this for several years, unbelievable.

Credit Card Issue
Not sure who is monitoring this app for real time performance, but unable to input cc information for making a payment, now if paying for one’s fare is made difficult, well they gotta get their house in order.

Well Florida made an app…
Don’t even waste your time with this trash, this is the most Florida app & it shows. If you can even purchase a ticket on here it takes up 40mins to post & it’s only valid for 4hrs. What kind of logic is that?? In my case I couldn’t even purchase one because while trying to enter my address in the credit card section you can only pick from predetermined addresses that pop up when you start typing. If your address isn’t in there then they don’t let you even make a purchase by filling it out yourself. Makes absolutely no sense. Florida man is real people & it’s state run.

This app stole my money. I payed for a ticket , the money was taken out of my account but the app never generated a ticket for me. I had to buy a paper one at the station. Terrible

App is full of glitches. Won’t recognize or validate billing address so you can’t purchase a pass. It forces you to select from the drop down list, but the only options include PO Box and locations with “Miami” in the name. Just downloaded it and couldn’t even get past that screen.

Effectively Dead App
I’ve never seen such a broadly broken app on the App Store. Most interactions result in some kind of hang/freeze. I fought my way through the account creation process anyway, and received the email address validation email. After getting a successful validation message on the web, I attempted to log in on the app and received an invalid credentials message despite using a password manager, so I know I was using the correct password. Eventually it locked me out and presented a message that said to reset my password to unlock my account. I entered my email address on the reset password page and got a failure message stating that my account was locked. Nice tight failure loop. Garbage all around.
