About

Three sports. One stronger you. Triathlon Connect turns your swim, bike, and run workouts from Apple Health, or from the FIT files your sports watch exports, into clear, private training insights. See how your three disciplines work together, with every calculation done on your iPhone or iPad. No account, no uploads, no tracking. OVERVIEW • Tri-synergy score with balance and recovery • Weekly training minutes and 28-day discipline distribution • Training load (ACWR): your 7-day load compared with your 28-day baseline • Your recent sessions at a glance SWIM • Lap-by-lap pace breakdown • SWOLF, stroke rate, and distance per stroke • Pool length BIKE • Average, normalized, and peak power • Pedaling cadence • Heart rate and power charts RUN • Pace and running cadence • Cardiac drift and fatigue index • Heart rate zone distribution SMART COACH Rule-based insights drawn from your recent sessions: swim efficiency, heart rate recovery, cardiac drift, Zone 2 discipline, bike-to-run transitions, and training load status. PERSONAL HEART RATE ZONES Enter your maximum, resting, or lactate threshold heart rate to personalize your zones (maximum heart rate, heart rate reserve/Karvonen, or lactate threshold) and your training load (Banister or Edwards TRIMP). Leave the fields blank to keep the defaults. IMPORT FROM YOUR SPORTS WATCH Import the FIT files that Garmin, COROS, Suunto, Polar, Wahoo, and other sports watches export, one at a time, several at once, or as a ZIP archive, from the Files app, Share, or Open in. Pool lengths keep their stroke counts, so SWOLF and stroke rate work even when Apple Health has no laps. A workout that is also in Apple Health is counted once. BUILT FOR TRIATHLON A swim, bike, and run done back to back, whether recorded in multisport mode or as three workouts, appears as one triathlon with its T1 and T2 transitions. Each leg is still analyzed on its own. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Read-only access to Apple Health. The app never writes or changes your health data. • Apple Health records are processed on your device and kept in memory only. • Imported FIT files stay on your device. GPS positions are removed before a file is stored, and files are encrypted while the device is locked and excluded from backups. Remove them at any time in Settings. • No account, no ads, no analytics, no tracking. • Disconnect and clear loaded data at any time in Settings. TRY IT WITHOUT HEALTH DATA Explore the whole app with clearly labeled sample workouts, or import FIT files, without connecting Apple Health. ALSO INCLUDED • Every workout opens with a headline card: distance, duration, and average / max heart rate • Each workout shows only the measurements its source provides • Wide iPad layouts: a two-column overview, heart rate beside its zones, and lap tables side by side • Searchable workout history with discipline filters • Light, dark, and system appearance • Dynamic Type and accessible controls • English, Turkish, and Spanish Triathlon Connect analyzes completed workouts recorded by Apple Watch, by other apps and devices that save to Apple Health, or exported by your sports watch as FIT files. It does not record workouts itself. The metrics you see depend on the data your workout source provides. Training insights are estimates and are not medical advice.

What's New in Triathlon Connect

1.8.0

October 23, 2026

• Import FIT files from your sports watch, including ZIP exports, from Files, Share, or Open in. Works with files exported by Garmin, COROS, Suunto, Polar, Wahoo, and more. • A swim, bike, and run done back to back now appear as one triathlon, with T1 and T2. • Pool lengths in FIT files bring stroke counts, SWOLF, and stroke rate. • Each workout shows only the measurements its source provides; a dash means the value did not arrive for that workout. • Every workout now opens with a headline card showing distance, duration, and average / max heart rate. • On iPad, the overview and workout pages use the full width: heart rate beside its zones, lap tables side by side, and previous sessions as tiles. • Settings shows which sources feed the app and lists your imported files. • GPS positions are removed from imported FIT files before they are stored.
