Great app
This app is great! I’ve been impressed by the lessons and exercises ability to relate to anyone’s everyday life, not just in a military mindset. The speaker also has a calm/soothing voice that still gets to the point and can exhibit humor.
Wish I had known about it sooner!
It has made a huge difference starting each day with Trident Mindset! The only thing that could make it better is if the practice section had a read-aloud option.
Trident is Incredible!
I’ve been listening to Trident lessons for a couple months and it’s incredible. The operators that created the training share unbelievable experiences that reinforce the training principles, coaching and guidance. The change in my life, my relationship with my wife and the success in my business are remarkable. If they can do it under the harshest, most dangerous and high pressure situations, I know that I can use their expertise to succeed in all aspects of my life. Thank you! Can’t log in
I deleted the app and reinstalled it 10 times and now It won’t let me move forward anywhere in the app.
Disappointed!
I really was excited about this app…it has glitches from the start…the trial would not even work…I deleted several times trying to reset! Never let me finish the First lesson :(

I found this at a very dark time in my life. It’s been two and a half years since that day and my perspective has completely turned around even though the situation really did not change much. I’m a navy wife and follower of Christ. These lessons helped me control and rebuild my flesh while the Holy Spirit was working on my heart and character. I listen and relisten, do and redo, and grow! Technical Issues
I love trident mindset! I’ve been an on and off user for a while, though trident has helped me recently with consistency and showing up no matter what.
I do have one problem: my advanced program has stopped working. I cannot use the advanced program at all and I’m not sure why?

Subscription
Great material but I’m not going to take on yet another subscription. Make it a reasonable flat fee. $19 monthly is way to steep.
Best Decision I’ve Made In 2023
Taking this course has helped me to reframe thoughts and ideas. It’s given me tools that I’d never heard before and they really work. Signing up for this course is the best decision I’ve made (so far) in 2023.
Everyone can benefit
This program has to be the best self improvement approach anywhere. If you are looking at improving yourself, getting rid of negative traits and responses that are just not helpful, this is it!
With therapy, you have to find the right therapist that fits you. That takes time and money. Here, your improvement starts immediately.

Life Changing
I’ve read books, downloaded apps, watched podcasts and listened to guest speakers; but nothing has made an impact like Trident Mindset. It speaks to me in a way nothing else has. No excuses, no soft spoken, mamby pamby feel good strategies. Simply good, solid, hard truths that force you to get over yourself and just do it. The daily lessons force a level of engagement and commitment that produce reflection, action and change. I’m 2 months in and excited about what’s in store for me. Things are changing, my path is changing.

The most constructive app I have ever used
I don’t remember how I found this app, but I’m so glad I did. The practical advice and abundant knowledge of psychology and sociology wrapped up in a military discipline and explained in a way that anyone can understand and implement it. Ex-Navy SEALs are highly respected and they definitely earned respect with this app.

Stellar program without the noise of other apps
This app changed my life. Suggested to me by my therapist, it has changed the way I respond to what life throws at me. I pause, then choose my action, rather than being buffeted around by my emotions. The team behind the app puts a lot of thought into their work and prioritizes quality over quantity so you can get the most out of the time you spend with the app. Highly recommend. Some bugs in the app that keep getting better, but well worth it.
