Constant price hikes, no consistency
I used to tell everyone about Trim and Proper. They had an affordable monthly unlimited subscription, a simple and user-friendly app, and good barbers. But over the years, they began to change their pricing model (read: raise prices) every few months, and now it’s no better deal than any other barber. On top of that, their new app regularly malfunctions. When I contacted customer support, they told me to use their website instead of the app.

Lovely service 10/10 recommended signing up!
I enjoyed the whole process. Very professional staff, shout out to Roanni Castro. I love the idea of subscription service and they nailed it here. Tipping on the app was a breeze. 10/10, bravo Trim and Proper!!
ABSOLUTELY USELESS
I showed up for an appointment for my anniversary, The person left early didn’t even call me or let me know that they were not gonna show up. The service is absolutely USELESS
Wonderful service
An idea way ahead of its time. The service is fantastic and the barbers are incredibly skilled and polite. They actually listen to you and provide insightful feedback. The complimentary drinks and relaxing atmosphere are a huge plus.
Crap
This is crap. How do you expect me to double my usual haircut price without even knowing where you think I am going. I have a house in NJ and an apartment in NYC. How can I choose my location?
App and service is top tier
So I’ve been using Trim & Proper for almost 5 months. There service is amazing, consistent and easy to schedule. Their app had rarely had glitches, but when they have them the dev team had already sent out an e-mail addressing the concern and had an update/fix for it within a day or two.
