While the app might run fine I would stay as far away from this company sending you any “prescriptions.”
I can only speak from experience when I say you would get better support from a talking donkey. From the false guarantees, to the promise of support, to the shipping and product guarantee- please buy your product from a reputable physician or China. $800 later and a bad allergic reaction, several emails and phone calls through the portal, to the company and pharmacy direct and it’s been a month. No response. I’m still on Benadryl having issues- literally coming out of my skin- and my “support team” has escalated this to a nurse or physician to look over the case multiple times. They are “sorry it’s taking so long.” It’s only been a month, no biggie. They have a money back guarantee, no, not really. They do not allow you to return it. So I disputed my product with my credit card for; Taking over 72 hours to deliver in temps exceeding 100 degrees, and the fact that I’m instructed not to use it due to a severe allergic reaction. Interesting, They fought me on the dispute and won??
They also closed my “case” so I cannot message the doctor or see past messages. After the dispute they initially deleted everything from my account (illegal) so I offered my attorney to interject, it magically appeared within a few days.
