App not exporting report
On both Trip Miles and Trip Miles Plus…. I can’t export the reports via email! Have heard nothing back from Customer Service and can’t seem to find a solution.
TripMiles Plus
Have been using the App for years. Easy and convenient to use. Export function is nice too. My I-phones have changed models over the years and if an updated was needed I used the Send Feedback email in the application to request updates to program. Support team was quick to respond. Running I-Phone 11 now. No issues.

Used to work but now there’s problems
Worked great but then the screen would go gray. I got tired so switched to another app. Wish this one would work the way it used to.
Developer abandoned
Apparently the developer has abandoned the app. It has not worked properly for a couple of years now. I have been using this app for years but ever since the iPhone X, the screen doesn’t render properly. Some items are cut off to where you can’t even enter a number in the field. I have made requests but never hear back from the developer. I’m now forced to find another mileage tracker when all I want is for this one to work

Update
This used to be a fantastic app....but since a few months ago....it has turned into a nightmare....some screen are no longer visible...you have to constantly shut down and reopen....please fix!!!!
Needs a serious update
I paid for this. Used it successfully for a while. Then recently after I am assuming an update the app is virtually unusable. Weird screen settings and overlaps. And after you make an entry the entire app goes gray and you can’t use it anymore without shutting it off completely and rebooting. The app support link takes you to a page That has nothing to do with this app or the developer. And they clearly aren’t responding to these reviews as I’ve been reading others having the same problem and it’s been months.

Recent update issue
Most recent update on 7/3/20 has caused my app to freeze up. Still happening. After entering a new trip screen goes blank. App won’t open unless I turn off iPhone and turn on. 3 days and same problem. After entering a trip the screen goes gray. Won’t open unless I restart iPhone. Update: I find that I can press home button twice then swipe up on the screen to close the TripMilesPlus app and the gray screen issue goes away so I can enter a new trip. However, after saving a new entry the screen turns blank Gray again and I have to do it for a new trip again. Can the developer please fix this bug?

Has stopped working
Worked for years.
Now-every time a trip is entered a light purple screen comes up next and locks up.

Used to be a great app
Update for 2020 IRS rates broke the app. Trying to edit anything and the screen now blanks out, just adding an entry usually blanks the app. Cannot edit the time/date at all anymore as that window is blank. Have to quit the app when it goes blank and reopen it to add another entry. I’ve been using this app for years with no significant issues but it is now so broken it is unusable.

App crashes
The app crashes after you put your mileage in. You have to swipe the app clean before you can make a change or review the further.
Nice app
I love this app. I only wish I could edit a location. If I misspell an address I can't go back and change it. It tells me that it's already there, and I can’t delete an address that I haven’t used in years. Can it be fixed?
Also, I just updated it and now it crashes every single time I use it, very frustrating. If it can’t be fixed I’m going to have to find another app.

No customer service
Since new update unable to install back up on iPhone 8 from email. I’ve lost all data unable to get any help to fix problems
USELESS
I have been using Trip Miles for sometime and decided to go to Trip Miles Plus because it was suppose to work with the newer iOS. Paid the 3 bucks and downloaded. 1st of all, I could not transfer records from TM into TM+ after 3 tries flowing their instructions to the letter. So tried to do it by hand. After loading the category options I proceeded to enter the first record. After tapping done when finished the screen went blank. No way to get out other than exiting the program. And when I restarted the app the screen was still blank. I deleted the app and reinstalled. Nothing was saved from my previous entries and when I tried entering the records again I got the same blank screen again. So TM+ does NOT work, and I want my 3bucks back.

Experiencing problems with new iPhone
I’m having the same trouble as other customers. I upgraded my iPhone and I am having problems seeing my data.

Needs to be updated and fixed
I have been using this app for 3 years for work and it was exactly what I needed, but since my last iPhone update the app is not working correctly. I have to restart my phone every time I want to put in my mileage, and when I do enter the mileage the screen goes gray??? Plus the app orientation is not correct for iPhone. I love this app just wish there was an update to fix these bugs.

New crashes
Now crashes after each entry. Screen goes solid gray after adding data. The only remedy is to shut down the app and re-launch.
Disappointed
I’ve been using trip miles for years but switch phones and had to upgrade to the plus fo $2.99. Disappointing. 90% of the app is unreadable as it is blacked out. I adjusted all my screen settings and still no improvement. The screen also freezes and blanks out so it’s a waste.

What happened to this app? In the past, suddenly there are darker areas to the display, like a nighttime mode. After I save an entry, the entire screen goes grey. Only thing I can do is quit the app, and reopen it. Every time I make an entry, I have to quit the app

After working perfectly for some time even on my iPhone 11 Pro it suddenly crashed when I tried to save a trip.
